Dear sir I have purchased karbonn A1+ from you. ( Bill no[protected] dt 26/12/2012)The phone doesnot have GPS as promised by you in the advertisement. I have lodged complaint with your complaint department many times but with no positive outcome.As per the request of the complaint department i am forwarding the snap shoot of the advertisement in which you have shown that GPS is available, kindly go through the same. I have purchased the said mobile with a trust on STARCJ which is shattered due to this incident.You are requested to look in to the matter and resolve the issue by giving me a replacement.
