Hi Team
We have received Sewing Machine Today which is defective and not working at all. Complaint number HS[protected], ORDER NO-: [protected]. I have called complaint department multiple times for the same they are asking us to wait for 2 days and provided number [protected] to call Brand Directly for resolution. we called Brand multiple times throughout day but they are not picking phone. it seems we have been cheated as we have given full amount for the same but product delivered is defective. Now if item is Defective then it should be replaced or amount should be refunded. why as a customer we should suffer for the same. I need Escalation Matrix for the same.
