Dear Sir, I had bought Canon Inkjet printer PIXMA MG2570 on 22nd August 2014 through Star CJ Alive via invoice No.[protected]. There was offer for free bag & speakers with it. I had registered with canon for bag on receipt of printer on 24th August as per the procedure told by executive at that time. Since then I am following up for the bag but not yet received, executives were saying to wait for some time. Today I again called up canon customer care via call reference no. 1111011 and I came to notice that there is no registration for bag offer and registration cannot be done now. My Printer serial no. is HADT58963. Request you to please look into the matter and resolve the matter. This is not the matter of a bag, this is the matter of customer trust. It was my first experience with Star CJ as well as Canon, if it is not good I cannot built up further relation.
