[Resolved]  Star Cj — STAR CJ - amount not refund as on date (Malhar combo saree)

dear sir, i am preaching of one item on line through case payment . my order no.[protected] dt 01-may-2013 and order already cancelled 05-may-2013. many many phone calls you but not satisfaction respond to me as on date. no refund payment to me as on date of amount rs.2999/ please about me what is your procedure of refund of payment. Else i will do police complain and consumer Consumer forum regarding this channel.
