Dear Star CJ, My order no : [protected]. My younger brother had order a gift to our sister for rakshabandan on 13th Aug 2014 & your team had confirmed to deliver on 19th Aug 2014. We had received sms confirmation on 19th with delivery boy detail with contact that he will deliver by today itself. My brother had contacted him so that he confirmed to give gift at 8:30pm near nalasopara station. my brother visited there & tried to reach that delivery boy. Delivery boy said he had kept gift at office & we have to collect from there & gave a wrong detail of address. My brother tried to search address but couldn't found it. When my brother tried to call delivery, he start abusing him which is not acceptable. Delivery boy no : [protected].
