[Resolved] Star Group Bangalore — Star group is not refunding amount after cancellation of agreement | |||||
I made an agreement with star group on 1st December and they failed to provide me drivers. So I cancelled the agreement after a week. And it's now 2 months they are not providing any drivers nor returning my money... it's a fraud company... cheaters... when I called customer support they are not even giving proper response. Hi Mohit... I have submitted online complaint against Star Group and now they are threatening by saying they will refund the complaint only if I withdraw this complaint. What is the guarantee that they will refund the amount in time. So, please give me your email ID and I have the consumer court email ID. So, I will keep you in loop and send an email to the consumer court and also if anyone is having the issues with star group. Please share your details as complaints made by groups are more effective than individuals.
