Jay jinendra Dear sir I have a jio policy. Policy no: 0186706 The star health insurance company claim process is very slow and not properly. We have submitted all original paper for a claim process but star insurance company have a quvary for medical report not submitted. So i have reopen claim and submitted zerox paper. (Dt:[protected] Today star health insurance company agent (Surat br.) said that the claim is under process. I have not completely satisfied so reply soon.
