I, mrs. veena amin purchased a policy no : p/161130/01/2023/061279 in the month of july 2022, at the time of new policy start health didnt arrange any medical of mine, and before this policy i was having national insurance policy.
after 2 month, an problem arise in my breast ( blood discharge) i went to dr. sushil mandhaniya on 17/08/2022 after that it been 1st time seen that am suffering with carcinoma in situ breast cancer, for which i applied for cashless that time also my case been rejected.
on 6th sept2022 i been operated and on 8th evening i got discharge .
after that i applied for reimbursement, after many conversation star health replied that " my diseases is pre medical disease and i hide it while taking new policy " on this i ask to doctor to give me a medical certificate in which they must mentioned that when my first cancer been confirmed after biopsy . i sent all the document whatever star health needed but still after that they rejected my claim. and the final letter they send that my policy they will cancel which may occur from 3rd jan 2023. so now finally i am launching the complain against star health and allied insurance to consumer forum and court too for doing fraud with me . star health did fraud with me while purchasing of policy they didnt ask nor arrange for medical..
