[Resolved] Star Health And Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. — non payment of claim | |||
i have taken mediclaim policy from STAR HEALTH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO. LTD.since last 4 year and it is renew intime.But in last year they have refuse my claim under PED CLAUSE. At the time of my first pollicy they have taken all medical formality to issue policy and they found no PED in both person. then how can they refuse my claim under policy no- P/171200/01/2013/002371.
