Dear sir / mam i have purchase your policy no.[protected] valid from[protected] from last 14 jan 2019 my father go to cmc hospital ludhiana for health checkup.in reports dr. Says we admit the patient. I give me all document or also tell we have star health insurance cashless then corporative office tell first you paid 2000 money for security. We will pay 2000 and after 4 days cmc close my account no. C7871279 due to balance and again coprative office tell plz submit 5000 money to open your account and after i paid then your isurance say your father have this problem from 2-3 years old and he close my account and reject insurance why?
If my father have to much problem from 2 years then why we checkup after 2 years
And your policy also check reports when i purchase your policy in2017 and i not break your policy and i renew your policy in 2018.
