[Resolved] Star Health And Allied Insurance — non refundable of amount post cancellation of payment | |||
Hi, We have obtained this policy two year back also we have not claim any amount till date with the policy. We have submitted the application for incorporating my child name who was born with rare complications and we were told by our agent today the name of master kanisk mishra could not be incorporated Reason stated as “hidden information ” Just like to bring to your notice details of discharge paper were submitted where the complications are mentioned. Also same was communicated to one of the calls that was received by your agent team. Since i am an nri i have already got my son treated in japan and i want to continue the insurance because i frequently travel to india.
