I am the holder of policy no. P/700016/01/2023/036231. I had already sent the details of my child to their staff in order to add my baby's name in the policy. But it has not been added until now. Their staff didn't inform us to send the details through email, he told me to send through whatsapp. So I send it in whatsapp, all the details were sent to him on 7 March 2023. The baby was admitted in hospital on 14 August 2023. When we contacted the staff regarding claim, he said even though the baby's name isnt added, we can claim through reimbursement process. We did that but the claim was rejected. Now they are saying that claim was rejected because baby name wasnt added. I had also mailed the company to add the baby's name but the process has not been yet done. Also, the staff is not attending our calls. Was this information helpful? |
