Sir mera claim no 0309221 hai. Ye final hospital receipt ke karan reject kiya hai. Lekin maine 1 month pahale zerox copy pe doctor & hospital sing stamp diya huva hai. Tobhi mera claim reject kiya hai. Sir abhi fir se maine original hospital ke letter head pe sab likh ke diya hai. Age kutch bhi process nahi ho raha hai. Please sir 40 din huye kutch nahi ho raha hai. Mai bahut pareshan hu, lagata hai kyu maine claim kiya.. Kyu mai paise bhar raha hu claim ka. Muze bahut garaj hai paise ki sir.[protected] please help sir. Shekhar belhekar
