i had submitted my hospitalization claim in the month of March-21, wherein the company had repudiated my claim on 19/05/2021 saying diagnosis is post-COVID vaccine effect. Thus there is a discrepancy in the records which amounts to a misrepresentation of facts. I don't understand when I was hospitalized for hypertension and the company arrives at the wrong decision.
I wrote to them on 21/05/2021 asking to reconsider my claim but till today no reply from the company. The facility of consumer care is ridiculous, most of the phones are out of order. even if you get a chance to talk to their officers they will say we don't have access to the claim settlement department. as they are all at the Chennai office. In that case, where will i go and ask for my claim status. You are requested to kindly intervien and solve my problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
