Patient -Bharat Rathod was admitted in hospital on 22/3/2021 till date even we don't know the discharge date its almost 12 days in hospital . Billing amount is increasing day by day now the amount is around 5.60lakh we cant afford that to pay claim no :- 0614875 As old star policy amount is exhausted and it got expired on 31/3/2021 and new policy has been renewed from 1st April 2021 As spoke with customer care on 1April 2020 he told that we can approve further deduction from new claim even i have the call recording But today i got a call from kinjal customer care she was denying that it can't be approved from new policy Request you to please help and approve claims from the new policy As we can't afford to pay further amount by ourself even if some minimal charges need to be paid to approve the above request let me know I'M ok with it . No help from star claim at this tough situation they are telling following term and condition, we are customer from 11 year of star health but still no help from them my mobile no:-[protected] please help on this Was this information helpful? | |
