Till now the offer letter has not come nor joining, why the joining documents were taken in the month of April????, why was it called for NOC??????
In Udaipur Rajasthan branch, Mr. Why Ritesh Kumar or Mr Ankit Agarwal did all this process??????
Your joining is ripe, it was said, and the offer letter will also be given to you,
document or noc why did you take it?????

The matter is not being resolved even with the high management, it has been a few days, they are not taking anyone seriously.
Why was it taken to joining the documents or why was the NOC asked, so much time or the loss of the code which is running the NOC should be done

Sir I had demanded offer letter in April but Mr. Ritesh Kumar ji and Mr. Ankit Agarwal ji ( Udaipur branch - Rajasthan ) had asked for application of SBI code, then after giving it, asked for NOC, then now they are saying that 5-6 agents and 2 -3 If the business of the policy is there then only the joining will be done, even today the joining has not happened and the offer letter has not been received yet, you had asked for joining on 01.06.2022 and then on 06.06.2022
I also got the list made today and told Mr. Ritesh Kumar ji complete about the list and will also do the agent and policy business, even after that he said that joining will not happen now.
Have not given any document of the company, nor any training, nor product detail, followed up the offer letter many times, even after that refused for the offer letter
I have also closed the SBI code, have also given its NOC, have taken all the joining documents in April itself that your joining will be done.
For any new company joining, there is such a way before that, so what after?????? First Day High Target And Policy After Joining This Is Not Possible, & It's Wrong
I have so much trust in the future????????
This is the rule of the company, it has been said from the front, it is all process
Joining will happen only after making this policy and agent, it is telling today.
