[Resolved] Star Health Insurance Company — claim reimbursement for medical expenses not done as policy has been merged | |
We started policy from star health insurance from year 2010 onwards but we had taken 3policies each for myself, my brother, my parents ...till 2014 there were 3 policies each . Now in 2014we decided to get all the policies merged so that the premium amount decreases as we hadnt made any cliam till date . And till date we have almost paif rs. 125000As premium. 24900*5:-.
Now when we have lodged a claim the onsurance company is not ready to pay the damages as they say becoz the policy has merges the premium amount has reduced to 18000rs. We can not process the claim.
Our agent mr. Danish pervez was also the one who had made us more money by giving us false hopes ans promoises as zyadya premium bharoge toh cliam jaldi milega...
