My parents who are senior citizens bought their membership for 5 years. At the time of signing the deal, they were not given full information about their terms and conditions from their executive. Now, when I checked their documents, they have made proper documents as per legal to protect themselves in court. They have charged extremely high charges and charging more on the name of AMC to avail their services. Above this, they are providing only hotel where we have to pay for meals. I request for a refund. I have not used even 1% of their services.
