This tour pakage was sold to us by hiding information about requirement of renewing the pakage after after availing pakage for 6 days. We can avail pakage only for 6 days in a year if we wish to travel more than 6 days we are required to renew the pakage with 8000 Rs. So, if i wish to travel for 20 days in a year I will have to pay 24 k as renewal fees!!!
I haven’t availed pakage even for a single day till date. Shahid along with another person sold the pakage of 2 Lks to me.While buying the pakage I categorically asked shahid mutiple times about travelling 20-30 days in a year, he answered every time ..’Mam, aap agar 6 din se jayada pakage avail karna chahenge to apke account se utne din less ho jayege’. He never disclosed this about 8k renewal after availing 6 day pakage in a year .

These people couldn’t give us booking in hotel on dates we asked for despite of requesting them much in advance. They din't even respond to mails even after a week. Finally we had to cancel our flights and rebook it on another dates. Above all we have to make compulsary payment for breakfast. Even this info was not disclosed while selling the pakage.
. When I raised this issue to booking department. Rahul, who was handling my booking for tour in Aug, he started misbehaving with me. These people never responded to my mails even after week. I have recoding of all phone calls and emails.

Later when I requested booking for a travel in Oct, these people started asking for 8k as renewal fees stating that, I can take pakage only for 6 days in a year. I am now bound to pay them 8k after availing next 6 days pakage for this year.
I have been cheated. Now I am bound yo pay them 8k every year till 2032. These people sold pakage by hiding information despite of asking clarification multiple times. When I asked them to refund and cancel the membership. They refused to do so. I am stuck up and feeling cheated.

We were promised so many things at the time of taking the service for 90, 000 Rupees, such as, we will get any hotel that we want to book even if it's one day earlier, and that we don't need to pay a single penny as they have tie-ups PAN India, etc. Still, we have been in contact with them for the last one month and after talking via mail they told us they don't have the room available in the property we want (for which they asked us extra money of about 2000 per night per room despite us having the membership). Earlier also, we wanted to book at hotels at two different locations, for both of which they refused telling us they don't have tie-ups and all. They just fooled us of our money by making so many false claims as most of their tie-up hotels have really bad reviews. And the customer care was so rude and did not pick up our call after asking us to hold for 10 minutes. It's a big fraud company and we want our money back.

I PURCHACE STARINN MEMBERSHIP IN[protected], but after getting agreement and found that so many hidden charges in agreement, I totally shocked they made me fool. When I asked them to cancel my membership, they denied and not talking as well no reply my phone calls. That company are totally trapped to people I want cancel my membership and refund my amount. Payment amount is rupees-130000, i made no bookings and they charge me 14000 more for AMC. That is policy to made people fool and take their hard earn money. Its not acceptable at all, Please look in this matter. Thank you.

My parents who are senior citizens bought their membership for 5 years. At the time of signing the deal, they were not given full information about their terms and conditions from their executive. Now, when I checked their documents, they have made proper documents as per legal to protect themselves in court. They have charged extremely high charges and charging more on the name of AMC to avail their services. Above this, they are providing...

This is the most fraudest co. You could ever go in.
They call by saying that you have won a 3n/4d free hotel book vouchers and you have to visit them to collect it.
This will be the anyones first mistake to visit them. (So don't ever visit them)
Firstly they talk to you in very polite manner and will say that there is memberships for 180 people for very minimal amount for 70 and 35 days for some amount of money.
They will ask you to pay the money on spot at same time as they say they have to block the inventory but this will be the your second most biggest mistake you would do to pay them.
They will take your money and will never ever call you back or make any booking.
When you ask for refund they will say that it is now non refundable but before purchasing they will ensure you that once you make the payment they will refund you if in future you don't want to take the service or use thier service.
They will also ask you to pay in installments and emi
Don't ever fall in their trap of paying the money.
Their venue manager moti ranjan and aaryan sharma these 2 people are most rudest people after you pay them money.
They are moneyseekers who loot money from innocent people.
I hope they will one day fall in their own trap and have to pay a large sum of money as penalty.
Don't ever go to this co.in ansal plaza where they loot you and later will have no concern with you.
