I have mailed them so many times, this is the copy what mailed I have done to star inn suites and retreat

Would like to cancel the package which I have booked on 23/5/2019
and with in 12 hour I was requested Mr Ranjan that I am not satisfied with term and conditions of company, nothing is as same as you told us in meeting
1.The maintenance charges 7000 is compulsory.
2. The hotels and resorts of yours is under price range of[protected] even in peek season Then how can you expect me to pay 2900 for those rooms.Except 4 or 5 properties of your come under 3000 to 5000 range.
3. And at the time Of package booking your company executive told us that our all properties are 5star, but in reality when I checked most of your properties are not even 4star or 3star
4. At the time of deal Mr Ranjan told us Ma'am you can book your room just be for two days .
5. Plan your holiday at any time of your choice, you are your holiday honor .
6. This package is only for today and limit for 180 families.
7. You can gift your holiday to anyone and your family members can also use this service only the days will be deducted from your package .
But when I have planned my hoilday on 3rd June and requested you to book in auli Cliftop then I come to know it exchange property and I have to pay 18500 extra for booking.
Then I requested to refund my amount and I am not interested in this package anymore
Then Mr Ranjan requested "Ma'am please use our service at Manali Golden tulip or shimla East Bourne
Then I was changed my trip Auli destination to Manali
When I reached Manali Mr Ranjan told me ma'am sorry manali is also packed because it's peek season. Please plan your holidays in First week of July
It's only me who got suffered and cheated in all this, I have given my time, money
And when I am asking for my money back you are making fool o[censored]s mailing me this
"Ma'am we will pay your amount after deducting 15000 of admin charges. "
WHICH ADMIN CHARGES YOU ARE ASKING FOR ???
I am not interested in using your hotels services .I want my 65000 BACK .Its a humble request to you. "
Please take a action against that company
So that they don't cheat others.
