I am wondering how can I get my money back from these frauds.
They showed me so many beautiful pics at the time of introduction to this package. They told us they have mostly 5 star properties only But they do not have any such thing. Here is my experience with them.
1. their only owned property is in Nainital, its a 3 bedroom house on top of a hill. Property was not even a 2 star property.
2. tried booking their associated properties. Went for "Essence of Nature" at ranikhet. The resort manager told me your booking was done from makemytrip.com and it is now cancelled. Then He said I will let you stay. It is a difficult place to find, the road was a mess and there only one more guests who were foreigners. I asked for the food menu and asked for a chicken dish, they said we dont have any chicken. I ordered something else and meanwhile the foreigners came to eat and guess what Chicken was served on their table. I have never been treated so bad in a hotel.
3. I really liked One property, which is Serena Beach Club on their website. I thought wow I can have a nice holiday from starin, and I wanted to book it. I was told we are not taking booking for this place. But we have another property in Gujrat and I can take that one. So, now I want to enjoy a beach holiday and they are asking me to go somewhere else.
4. Their property at Jim corbett national park. I was told if you go there with your family you will have to pay around Rs.7000 everyday for all meals though out the day even if you dont eat. So I never went :(
please tell me how I can get my money back from these fraud monsters.
