I am wondering how can I get my money back from these frauds.
They showed me so many beautiful pics at the time of introduction to this package. They told us they have mostly 5 star properties only But they do not have any such thing. Here is my experience with them.

1. their only owned property is in Nainital, its a 3 bedroom house on top of a hill. Property was not even a 2 star property.

I paid Rs.26000/ on 9.11.21 for a holiday package for 10 years.Realising the mistake withdrew the application and also stopped payment of cheque of Rs.130000/ given with the application on 10.11.21 morning itself.Company has refused to refund the amount of Rs.26000/ .Also their representaves are not replying as well....

That company called to me for providing free vouchers and movie tickets towards company promotion. When i go to collect vouchers with my wife, they can forcefully/pressed to become a membership. I paid rs. 70000/- for membership but after getting agreement and found that so many hidden charges in agreement, even they booked hotel through ibibo which was fras per agreement consider in free voucher and cut the days from my account.
