[Resolved]  Star Inn Suites And Retreat Ltd. — goofing off to people and cleverly take money

Same is the issue with me, Star inn and suites took money and now they are not providing service and not fulfilling their words, also the salesperson doesn’t answer my call and nor is he cancelling my membership and refunding me amount.
Help needed!

1.The offer is only for today, for 180 families, you are Holiday owner you can plan your holiday at any time 365 days of year . After membership they denied .
They said we can't book in this period Dec 24 to January 5 .
2.Their all hotels are not even 3star
3. The maintenance charges extra for what thing if their most of hotels and resorts are not even 3star.
4. Your family can also be a part of this package only days would be counted and deducted from your package.
But after booking rule change, they said in peek season we can't plan holiday with our family members.
At the time of booking I was planning to go to Auli they said Ma'am we have a 5star property there too
But after package purchase I come to know that it's not their property it's an exchange property for that we have to pay 18500 extra .
They are trapping inoccent people in their trap and doing loot.
And now they are saying after deducting 15000 we will pay you.

Star Inn Suites & Retreat is a criminal organisation that is defrauding retired senior citizens of their lifes savings by misrepresenting facts & making false promises.

They have taken Rs 2 lacs from me for providing boarding & lodging in a hotel in Istanbul for a week long stay when the rates they have quoted for this hotel are 60% higher than the rates that are being offered by the hotel as well as every other booking portal on the web.
I asked them to refund my money but they refused forcing me to file a criminal complaint in the police station as well as the consumer court.

I filled a coupon at a petrol pump and got a call from starinn suites that i am the lucky customer to get the movie voucher, 3N4D stay anywhere and salon coupon worth Rs15000. I visited the office at Ansal plaza mall, andrews ganj to collect the coupons. When i visited their they wasted my 2 hours explaing their limited time membership. After 2 hours i told them that i am not interested in your membership, give me the coupons for which you have called me. They provided me the three coupons as they told. But i got shocked when i reached home and see that coupons is of expired date. The movie voucher has expired 6 months back and their is condition on 3N 4D stay that you have to pay 1500 each at resort for the food, its cumpolsary. Never reply to their calls as they are the big fraud company.

I am Sushil kumar I was called by company for free tour coupon and when I go there they trapped me for 5 years membership package of Rs.91000 and committed me to give a tour package with 2 return tickets and 4N/5d stay, when I requested to call on office they had asked that it is not possible for complimentary package our sale executive has made false promises and he has left job now
Till now I have not taken any service since January and trying continue for refund of my amount
I have even requested to return amount if there is any minimal amount there, but still not got refund

We were called for collecting free movie vouchers, beauty parlour coupon and free holiday voucher at Welcom Hotel, Sector-10, Dwarka on 12.11.19. The presentation was explained and the properties shown, on Google, were 5-7star properties, with day tariff of 10k to 14000. They also told that RCI membership for 10 yrs is also given (within package cost) and no additional charges are there except exchange fees of Rs.24, 500 per week, for properties in European countries.
They further cajoled to take immediate decision, as the offer is for 180 families and they also have us offer of Cruise. By visual presentation of the so called, properties, they blacked out the reasoned mind and 35 K was paid through credit card. In guise of making 12 interest free EMIs through credit card, another 110k was fraudulently swapped through credit card.
On reaching home and accessing the website, next day when user ID and password was received through mail, I found out that associated/affiliated properties, as per the popular travel websites, are not even 50% of what was shown during presentation / photos uploaded on Starinn website.
The claimed single self owned property, Starinn Villa, Nainital, is not visible on Google search. Moreover no front view/any view of property is available on their own website.
I have already claimed full refund of paid amount, after careful consideration of all facts I have not been able to understand their business plan.
I am attaching, screen shots of exchanged email with them.

Same thing happened with us also.. it's a fraud company luting you with false hopes and promises.. now when you call the person who sold you the package then they say that we are only here to sell and if you have any problem talk to customer care all the properties are worth 3 star or less and still you have to pay yearly amc to them.. please don't fall into this trap it's a fraud

We have been trapped and cheated in a similar way kindly someone guide us how we can claim our refund.

They have looted us in a similar way. Could anyone help us in getting the refund from them...I have not availed any service from them. Regards Rajeev

We have got cheated in similar ways. Got calls for free promotions. They made so many promises but after purchased the package we realized all promises were only heaven's dream. They are not providing booking for many locations and even if they are providing booking it's not even 3 star property. I want my refund, but they are not agreeing to refund. Please guide us how you have approached them. It will be a great help for us.

Starin is really pathetic, uncooperative and shameful. Their way of tackling situations with their customers is pitiful and really laughable. Only trapping and trying to suck out money, it's hard to believe they are an esteemed chain, they are miser good for nothing scammers.

"Pathetic", the only word that can describe this miser good for nothing star.inn.suties. Sugar coated words were used to win our trust and all those were hollow words. They are only money sucking fools having no shame or dignity only running blindly behind money . No respect and cooperation to their customers, only and only concerned about money. It's shameful to see such a behavior from a group we had considered esteemed.
It's a request to everyone not to fall in their trap!!

I feel cheated too. When ever we mail for booking their hotels mention in site are not available and they provide some not good quality hotel.
Please you have made any group to complain against them let me know.
