Purchased this product from south city mall star mark. The printed price is Rs 4900 but discounted price marked on the product was Rs 3900. Quite continently stramark invoiced it for Rs 4900. We skipped checking the bill at the point of purchase. Due to malfunctioning of the headphone when I checked and saw the price difference, went to star mark to complain. Quite a brand whose aim has now become to cheat customers. The sales person on noticing this acknowledged this as a mistake and removed the sticker of the discounted price Rs3900. Adamantly he said the invoice is correct of Rs 4900. Even when the assistant lady at sales confirmed that the product price of the once in display is Rs 3900 and not the printed price.
Guess quite an Emami brand who are trying to grow revenue by cheating customers. I was a regular customer paying adding to their revenue. Definitely will move and purchase to some genuine brand who care about customer complaints.
