Starwell System was posed jobs through naukri.com and i have applied for job.They had done telephonic interview two levels and .Therieafter company was sent offer letter if want apply H1b need to pay for fee $2500, with refundable once visa has stamped. Based of condition i sent amount their icici bank account. After H1b lottery process has completed, Abhishek and Amit contact through phone about my profile picked up in lottery I797-C form. Thereafter company these both told my h1b petition to USCIS waiting for h1b cap number. Still not yet haven't recevied the H1b cap number, finally i have realized they haven't my prifile to USCIS they utilized Covi-19 situation, simply dragging with bluff words. He has promised to settle down amount which collected from me, but i waited more than six months still didn't settle my amount.
