Sir,
With regard to above courted subject matter it is required you that I have borrowed rs 3400 rupees from stashfin company before three months but unfortunately after the next month i have meet with an accedent and got Many injuries but the company has filed suit filed case towards my cibil i have requested many times this company to remove my suit filed case form cibil but that are forced me and make 100% penelty charges on my loan in this connection it is required you look into this matter.

Hi the application show available limit is 25000 bit still i am not able to use my credit limit and its showing 050 error kindly solve my issue.

I applied for a credit line with Stashfin, seeking a loan of ₹95, 000 to meet some urgent financial needs. I went into this arrangement with the belief that I would be treated fairly and transparently, as any responsible lender should. However, the events that have unfolded since then have been far from fair or transparent.

To date, I have made payments totaling ₹1, 35, 000 – an amount that exceeds the original loan principal by a significant margin. Despite this, Stashfin is now demanding an additional ₹40, 000. This demand not only defies logic but also plunges into the realm o[censored]sury, where exorbitant interest rates and hidden charges are employed to exploit vulnerable consumers.

I implore all of you to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with institutions like Stashfin. As consumers, we deserve ethical treatment and transparency from lenders. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, others can be informed and protected from falling into a similar trap.

My experience with Stashfin has exposed several alarming issues:

Hidden Terms and Conditions: Stashfin deliberately obfuscates critical terms and conditions, leaving borrowers in the dark about the full extent of their financial commitment. This lack of transparency is not just unfair; it is a breach of trust that preys on those who are in need.

Unjust Interest Rates: The interest rates applied by Stashfin are beyond reasonable comprehension. They have taken advantage of my situation to the point where I am essentially paying double the original loan amount. This practice is morally reprehensible and should have no place in a fair lending environment.

Harassment and Intimidation: Stashfin's pursuit of an additional ₹40, 000 has not been backed by any credible explanation. Instead, they have resorted to harassment and intimidation tactics, causing me immense mental and emotional distress. This is a clear violation of ethical conduct.

Today morning I have paid my bill amount via NEFT. But still they not updated my bill amount and tomorrow is bill date. I have already paid before bill date . please update my amount as soon as possible.

I have paid all the loan amount and loan has closed on 01/08/2022 and also received No dues Certificate for Loan reference ID : SER[protected] . from Stashfin.
But now its still reflecting overdue amount of Rs.13, 946 in my CIBIL Reports.
and its specially status mentioned suit filed in my CIBIL Report even though there is no due against this loan.
So, please take the possible steps and update the status ASAP

A customer representative named Arthi called me and offered to close the loan and get me the N.O.C if I pay minimum amount Rs.1850 .She said that N.O.C will be issued in 48 hours but I still have not received it yet.

I apply a loan from stashfin but the status was failed.They calling me frequently for repay. They threatened me frequently and tell we call your contact number. For a long time they threatened and harrassing me anytime.

All I am getting is message saying "As per your raised request, your closed loan NOC will be send to your registered email id within 24 hours." But nothing happens. and i am getting harrased by sending mails regarding the loan which i had paied already

As per stashfin advice i paid and cleared my dues . I have been said that i will get my noc as soon as i pay .

Due to uncertain events in my family. I was not able to pay the amount which was borrowed from Stashfin which is 10000. But i have informed them the reason and as well i have provided the proof for it but still they are daily asking me to pay immediately. I have explained them that I have a dept of 6 lakhs due to my daughters health issue and my father in law health and death issue. they are not even considering. I don't know what to do. They are threating me that they will file cheating complaint against me.

I have mailed and called this company many times, I have paid as much as they said to close the loan, but this company is not closing the loan after taking my payment and is not giving any response, not even my NOC. I am giving it till the last time when madam said NOC on the last call, please pay the NOC, but till now I have not received the NOC.

As i have taken a loan from stashfin and i have been late of paying loan amount they increase my loan amount . So i raised ticket so they can call me up and i will pay my amount ! So i raised ticket many times so they can solve my problem but till now they don’t call me and it 10 day they by day they are adding amount in my overdue but they are not helping me to pay my loan and they are sending me traths if legal action as i want to pay but they are not calling me back as i raised ticket many time so to make my loan pay they are charging 2500 plus of overdue !!
