[Resolved]  StashFin — Loan amount paid still loan active , remove suit feed and update civil score

My self anil hiwale, on 28 Jun 2022 your 1 of executive call me for payment, my loan amount was overdue, he told me if I make same day payment, then shashfin give me waiver,
He told me 10500 rs for settlement,
Then I manage amount, and paid 10500 rs amount on same day, but still my loan is active, and your other executive aslo call me for payment,
Please solve my problem, close my account and give me noc.
