Hi Team I had taken a loan of 16500 from the company but due to loss of job I was unable to repay it. I just recently obtained a job and I will need to wait till I get my salary to repay the loan. The customer service is pathetic as they keep calling continuously and they are extremely unprofessional for recovery of loan. I feel RBI should cancel their license due to the extreme unprofessional behavior of recovery agents Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)
