I have done a blunder by taking a personal loan (Reference id - sepk[protected]) from stashfin 3 month back and i sincerely regret it. Wish you had an office in hyderabad and i have come and fought with you.
First, the support number[protected] mentioned in you emails never works and your team does not have the minimum sense to change or remove it even after informing them that the number does not work. You can try making a call to this number yourself.
Secondly, my first emi has to be processed on 7th november which was not done by your system even though i have sufficient balance. I have received an email stating to pay the amount with additional charges. Does this make any sense why i should pay additional charges when you have an issue on your side? I made the payment through app the next day and on 9th november you # team processed the cheque i have handed over during the loan processing. And it got bounced as there was no money. I sincerely do not know why your team did this # when i have already paid the emi.
So my bank charged me a fine for cheque bounce and my cibil got # just because of you.
Coming to december, the same repeats. Your team does not process the payment on 7th, sends sms, emails to make the payment. I don't know what else your team does other than customer service. May be we should send stashfin team to nasa.
And again this month, emi is not deducted on 7th and i am receiving sms and emails to make the payment with fine. What the # # are you doing at stashfin? If you cannot run a company, please go back to us and do the same # job.
I think you are good at using the social media like yourstory, toi, vv circle to market stashfin. The same applies to customers who can spread the reality of your process which is messing up with our cibil scores and bring you down to knees. Was this information helpful? |
