[protected]) in the STATE BANK OF BIKANER AND JAIPUR branch jhunjhunu (rajasthan) i deposited two cheques at the johari bazar jaipur branch on dated[protected] and[protected]. in the statement the bank shows "intercity charg" when i complaint in the bank on 28 may 2010 complaint number [protected] dated 28 may 2010. bank replies me such that(dear Sir
we wish to advise that the charges levid on your cheque deposited at jaipur are as per bank's norms

    There is the problems to the customer due to less space & overload on employees to the SBBJ.

    Because of that the most prominent branch in terms of the quality of the customer, the bank will lost opportunity of the health business in the pilani city.

    Hi,
    I have an account in SBBJ pilani branch. The behavior of the employees towards the customer is not good, specially when the talk to the senior citizens. They talk too rudely to the customers. I don't want their names to be public so i am not mentioning them.

    One more complaint is that most of the time the employees are not found on their desk. I have to wait longer for them. Last week i waited for half an hour for the person at "poochtaj" counter and found that people are touching the important documents of the bank on his counter. This is such an irresponsible behavior. How they can leave their important documents containing information about the customers. Meant while his system was not logged off.

    Anybody can steal or tamper the information and important document on the counter when he is away.

    Actually they take the customers for Granted. they don't care about the customers.

        Sir,

        Me and wife have saving account in ur Raj Bhawan Road, Kota Branch since more than 10 years

        whenever we approach to Bank for Pass book updatation either staff is not available or PC is out of order and getting the pass book updation is very tiresome activity and do not get satisfactory responce from any o[censored]r staff except the Branch manager.

        today we approach for same but there is very long Q and for us it is not possible to stand in Q for more than hour to getr it completed so we approach to one o[censored]r employee Mr. BL Varma to provide atleast the bank statement for 6 months,
        But Im sorry to say that his behavior was very rude and say "do what ever u want to do" and can not provide the statement unless u pay the fees for it which is Rs 110

        see this the way SBBJ wants to earn the profit?Branch is failed to update the pass book in time and if ask for statement to check the entries thay ask for fees, which is really shocking

        u are requested to plz intervene and get the pass book updated and desired statement available

                    I am holding a SB account with State Bank Of Bikaner and Jaipur at Branch-Noida(Branch code-10811) a/c-[protected] and issued account payee check-335503 in favor of Mr. Rajesh Soni(Sibling) holding account with Chhattisgarh Garmin Bank Pendar a/c-4460. He(Rajesh Soni) submiited this check at Pendra branch for collection.
                    Pendra bank send this checque to Noida for collection, Noida Bank cleared this checque and send DD in favour of RO-Bilaspur.
                    involved money 100000 has been detucted from my account on 11/08/09 but not been credited to rajesh soni's account yet.

                    I have written tomy nOida Branch 2 times, made enquery calls to Chhattisgargh gramin Bank branch-Pendra and RO-Bilaspur 7-8 times, but not getting suttisfactory answer. even for each call they asked for issue, not allocating any complaint no..

                    In addition to this another RS 100000 has been deteucted from my account on 2 sep and not been credited to my brother's account.
                    I want this amount to be submmited to my account immidietly with intrest of delys days.

                      yesterday i went icici bank atm where i enter the card in atm machine then i did all procedure.in last the msg was that we are unable process to transaction and i wanted to withdraw 200 rupees but it was not complete. then i did again this process with same 200 rupees .I got same problem.after 1 hour i went in sbi atm where i withdraw 300 and it done but when i saw my balance transaction then i got 400 rs deduction.so plz debit my 400 rupees soon my account no.is [protected].

But later I found that the money had been reduced from my account. A complaint had been registered with my branch SBBJ, Secretariat, Jaipur (RAJ.) but no good response was given by the authorities.
                        Kindly do the needfull at the earliest and help me get back my hard earned money.

                        With due respect, it is to inform you that I withdrew Rs. 40000/- (Forty Thousand) from SBBJ ATM No (S1AN[protected] on 30.11.2009 at 13.38 PM (TXN Slip No. 1400 & 1401) but I did not receive the money and in the transaction slip it was deducted from my saving account no. [protected]. The written information about the incident was given to bank manager, SBBJ Paota (Branch Code 10851) where my account is running on the same day and the written information has already been supplied to the Manager, Head Branch, SBBJ, Tilak Marg and The General Manager, Reserve bank of India (ATM Section) Jaipur for the necessary action but none of the action has been taken so far by the banking authorities.
                        Even after ten days (10 days) of the incident, the money has not been transferred to my saving account. I am really disturbed and facing mental anguish because of the negligence of the bank and don’t have any idea what to do.
                        Therefore, I want to make an humble request to you to look into the matter personally and rectify the problem.

                        Yesterday (20/01/11) I tried to withdraw some money from a non SBBJ ATM machine, the trasaction was cancelled due to some error in the machine, however today in the morning ii got a message from the bank stating that i have withrawn some ***** money on 20/01/11.

                          I deposited a cheque in Canadian Dollars for CAD 250 to my SB account with Ashoknagar Branch, Chennai-60083 of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur on[protected]. The bank has sent the check initially to an US bank and after one month sent to a Canadian Bank, but on Collection basis, instead of normal Clearance basis, which is adopted by all banks in India for small valued SB Cheque. Because of the WRONG basis, I was given the credit of only CAD 153 on[protected] at a very low exchange rate, that too after many reminders. This had resulted in a loss of CAD 97(40% of cheque value), which had been deducted as collection charges. I lodged a complaint to the bank and then to Banking Ombudsman, Chennai(BO, che).Subsequent to my complaints, the bank credited another CAD 55 on[protected]. The BO, che, cleared the bank through an award dated[protected]. Not satisfied with the award for my complaint No.C9183/2008-09 of BO, che, I had appealed to APPELLATE AUTHORITY OF BANKING OMBUDSMAN (RBI), MUMBAI for I received reply from Shri. D.G.Kale, DGM vide letter No.CSD.BOS/6841/13.23.13./2008-09 dated April 23, 2009 that the issue is being considered and would revert to me IN DUE COURSE. But till date I have not heard further from the appellate authority. I had sent a mail on[protected], which was not honoured and I had also talked over phone to Shri. D.G.Kale, DGM on[protected]Phone No.[protected] through STD from Chennai) who informed that I would get the settlement soon, but till date, even after a lapse of THREE MONTHS, I did not receive the settlement. I have sent many reminders also, but no reply was received for any of reminder mails.
                          The State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur does not know the difference between cheques to be sent on normal clearence basis and on collection basis. The bank says it does not have experience in handling foreign cheques. To add insult to the injury, the Banking Omudsman, whose job is to protect the interests of customers, joins hand with erring bank to fool the affected customers by giving lame and irrelevent/inappropiriate excuses. By these anti-customer approches. public will lose faith in the Banking Omudsman and it should be deemed as a wasteful establishment, drainining the PublicMoney

                              I am taking admission in PROTON business school, Indore for the course PROTON PGP(fulltime)+ mba(DLP) from Vinayaka Mission University, Tamilnadu, i have applyed for the education loan with all relevent papers in Ganapati Plaza branch of SBBJ, Jaipur, state-rajasthan and concerning brach forwarded my loan application to loan sanctioning branch, at Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur but after 5 days they refuge to give me loan. they said that Proton Business school is not recognised by AICTE and MBA degree is from DLP mode which is from VInayaka Mission University.It is to inform you that several banks viz. SBI/BOB/PNB/SBBJ/State Bank of Indore/ Bank of India/ HDFC Bank/ Vijaya Bank etc.have saction loans for students of previous batches. help me sir i really need this loan for my further education.

                                I have approached to SBBJ Pilani, inquiry cell about the internet banking service and about the ATM card, there was no such personnel to reply about the same, even from the inquiry counter.the person sitting in the counter simply says, "if the person is not there, why you people come and irritate me".
                                the person sitting in the inquiry came to his seat at 3:30pm, as he was suppose to be ther at 2:00 pm

                                Hope they may soon change themselves and become customer friendly and specific .
