Dear sir

sub: miss-utilize of my fund by the banks

i had done a neft on 13/07/2016 at around 10.15-10.45 am for rs 1, 01600/- + neft charges 17.25/-

details of applicant -
name - aarpee udyog
a/c no -[protected]
bank - state bank of bikaner and jaipur
branch - bhawanipur, kolkata
branch code - 10641

details of beneficiary
name - track holidays private limited
a/c no- [protected]
bank-indian overseas bank
branch- free school street, kolkata
branch code - 0113

but to my surprise the beneficiary bank a/c nor the applicant bank a/c have received the fund till now.
On contacting both the banks, they say we cannot help as this matter is on r.B.I .

I had transferred the said amount for booking the tickets for vacation, but due to the negligence of the bank the
rates of tickets have gone high.

I am in big delima as where my funds have gone. As both the banks are unable to give me proper answers.
More over, the harresment which i had been facing from the past 21 hrs is unbearable now.

I there fore request you to solve my problems immediately and inform me who is responsible for the miss-utilization
of funds
