I want to rais chargback complaint against state bank bikaner and jaipur... And i visit my home branch... For chargback complaint form... But bank cant able to this form... I also touch bank custmar care... For online complain rais... Bu he cant help me... Flipkart says he allready transection on 8 april 2017 on 2.00.08 am... Detail are...
