I have two nos of fds amounting to rs.128000- & 48000-under cif no.[protected], sbbj, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi for which i had already submitted form -15h on 17-april 2017 for non-deduction of tds, but bank did not feed up the same in system for non-deduction of tds by the sbbj, mayur vihar, phase-1, delhi and bank has deducted a sum of rs.266/- from the above fds, which creates undue harassment, i visited the bank, they have shown his inability to refund the income tax.
