[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Close the account of SBI Credi card [protected]

Dear Sir, This is really big fraud happening with me & some of my friends also. Approx. 7 years back I was holding SBI credit card, Which I was holding for financial emergencies. One day I received a call from SBI Credit card dept. for Insurance & even after refusing they started sending Insurance amount on SBI credit card statement. Without intimation Insurance started on my credit card, When closed the account, SBI started sending statements with interests & late fee charges. After 7 years now I came to know that it is in CIBIL. Need apology letter from SBI Bank for doing the fraud business. I sent credit card & application for closing the account in the 1st statement itself. But I did not get any support from customer care dept. Later started getting mental harassment calls.
