State Bank of India — e. tdr - receipts not received through e. mail & no provision to take its print outs

I have made 3 term deposit through online on[protected] but only one deposit receipt is received through e. Mail is too much regreted. More over these people are not provided any e. Mail id to register a complaint in their web site.

They are only provided toll free numbers which are time consuming and also a waste in many time.

Hope that u will provide a link or other fescility to print out the e. Term deposit receipt soon...
