State Bank of India — Locker rent debited twice for two years

I have an account with SBI Main branch Erode. I have lodged a complaint regarding Locker rent debited two times (1019+1019) on[protected] and[protected] in sbi customer care.I have approached the bank in person on[protected] they said it was wrongly debited and the excess rent will be credited. I have complained about this to customer care and the Complaint status shows it is resolved. But today they have debited another 240+ 240 as locker arrears. And there is no sign of crediting the excess rent.
