I would like to inform you, I am not able to use SBI Internet Banking since last 3-4 months, as i am unable to receive the high security password during online transactions.
Once i had changed my mobile number, which was registered with Internet banking, later on, i have updated the same in my home branch. I am getting SMS alerts of every ATM Transactions and when salary posted but while Internet banking still not getting high security password.
Visited Branch office, as per them, i submitted my KYC forms and all required documents, They said, i will get the same after 48 hours, but actually nothing has been do Was this information helpful? |
