Sir, my name is Mayreddy Bhavana.i am maintaining a saving account in Newtown branch, Mahabubnagar, telangana. since i lost my mobile i want to change my mobile no. in internet banking for recieving OTP. Ref no for changing mobile no is UM[protected] .I didnt receive a message regarding IRATA reference number. Please do resolve this isue ASAP.
