with reference to the captioned as i want to clear my outstanding my credit card ending with 7826 – so that the card my reguralised – and as discussed with mr. Kunal bhatt of your executive – pl reverse and grant the charges charged to my card – as it seem how it is abnormal and out of banking norms. You can observe from the detail given below a small customer of great customers oriented corporate body of democratic country – how much percentage is charged it can not be calculated.
