Dear bank manager,
Namaste!!!
My sbi account no – [protected]. I have visited many times to the home branch doorvaninagar on my below issue:-
On 19 nov 16 – i have purchased some items from shree dhanalaxmi timber. Bill amount was rs 13500/- for which i preferred for swipe machine.
When the first swipe amount was not successful through pos[protected], but the amount has been deducted from my account.
In my second swipe amount was successful through pos[protected], this amount is paid to vendor.
On 05 dec 16 – rs 13500/- was credited back to my account through reference no – [protected] vp_cst[protected].
Again on 05 jan 17 – rs 13500/- has been debited in my account through reference no – [protected] vp_cst[protected].
I have raised many complaint online the solution is not done till date

Once i have raised from your sbi staff on the subject matter – po[protected] & po[protected]. But they say the problem is resolved. Till date my amount rs 13500/- has not been credited to my account. I am very badly need of money, but my amount is credited.
Request your help to resolve the issue for which i will be very thankful to you.
Bank staff and manager not responding till date, even though i have visited home branch many times.

Your Bank has debited my Debit card ATM Annual fee of Rs. 172.50(dr).
Please give the reason for this large amount of balance deduction.
