Account debited without disbursing cash from ATM
Sir,
I suresh chandra a/c no. [protected] saving account holder of SBI Lalkuan(Nainital), Uttarakhand branch.I transact from AXIS Bank ATM at Air Force Station, Hakimpet(AP) of 1500/- on April 2009, the ATM machine did not delivered cash but debited from my account. I complained about this matter to my account branch and also on the complain book of axis bank atm. My account not credit by this amount till date.

I am using ATM card of PNB ... i visited thrice my near by atm centre for withdrawal purpose but i failed today also...

A Plaque card is handged on the door neck by indicating that this ATM is outof service ...

by everytime i have to spend nearly 10- to 15 rs for bus ... for 3 trip i spend minimum 100 rs for the stupid purpose which is good for nothing ...

in short i would like to know when the atm service should be resumed or rectified ...please

if this continueing for other 15 days please let me know ...

becoz the buswala will never proivde free service or else...

i m a customer of sbi t.t.nagar Agra branch and my account no is [protected].i have a savings account in this branch.On 11th Aug 2009 i went to withdraw cash of Rs 25000 from Karnataka Bank Atm (Shakarpur, Delhi-92)Atm code-KBL/03028.The atm machine neither delivered me cash nor produced any transaction slip.

I used my ATM card on 5/10/10. that time i was transduction rs. 4000/- at three time. But i was found only two time rs. 4000/- and the last time i received only rs. 2200/-. I had not received the rest amount from ATM machine. But i had not received 1800/- rupees. and in my bank entry i saw it that i amount of rs. 4000/- was cut. so now please solve my problem. i will very thankful to you.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    It is submitted that I am a retired Sub Major of Indian Army. That on 25 Nov 2011, I took pension/personal loan having A/C No [protected] for an amount of Rs. 1 lacs from SBI Trimulgherry Branch, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, where I hold my pension account. The pension term was for 3 years @ Rs. 3600/- per month . However to my surprise the branch has recovered/deducted double the amount that is Rs. 3600/- twice a month, which has not only put me in the financial instability as well as depreived of my legitimate pension. In just ten months, the branch has recovered 20 installments from my pension which is not in order. As well as interest more than Rs. 9500/- has also been deducted from my pension. It is really shocking to me. When on 16 Nov 2012 I visited the Branch Manager, he accepted his mistake but denied to make any adjustments to the installments/interest amount.

    In view of the above, it is humbly requested to compensate the amount that I have given more than the due and also provide the extra compensation for the burden given by the bank.

          Dear Sir ,

          I am a pension holder being PPO NO. LMG/PEN/ELEC/198 (SB A/C. NO. [protected]) received a pension revised order from The Sr. Divisional Accts. Officer ,DFM , N.F.Railway Lumding dated. 03.04.2012.

          The letter was received by me on the month of May ' 2012.

          But till date I have not received revised pension portion from the Bank , for which I fail to know the exact amount if increased .

          I have asked number of times to our accountant SBI and he expressed he cann't do anything because the matter was handled by SBI , CPPC , Kolkata .

          The letter was issued by SBI , Ashoknagar to the name of SBI , CPPC , dated. 10.07.2012.

          But surprisingly no action has been taken ,

          I cannot understand the reason of delay and to whom I have to approach.

          Check that the BSR code and other bank details are correct on your revision order. For more details you can contact Central Pension Accounting Office (cpao.nic.in)toll free [protected]. But for that you must have a new 12 digit PPO number coz they will ask for the same at the time of your inquiry. Hope this will help you

            ONLINE SBI PAYMENT GATEWAY ERROR

            I am an account holder (both NRE and NRO) with SBI, NRI Branch Mumbai. I had sizable NRE deposits with the Bank. I was advised to convert these NRE deposits to NRO, so as to avail benefit of a lower tax rate on interest income. I was also advised that income-tax on NRO deposits will be deducted only at 10% under the double taxation avoidance scheme, if a self-declaration of residency is submitted. This had been complied with. Recently, I saw maturity value of some of my deposits were calculated deducting tax at 30% or so. On enquiring with the bank, I was told that 30% tax was being applied as that was the norm. I was also informed that in order for one to obtain the lower limit of 10%, one need to submit TRC from the tax authorities in the resident country. This information was given to me only after my asking the bank why a higher rate of tax was shown against my deposit. Had I not noticed this and brought to the attention of the bank, I am sure, the bank would not have taken the initiative of informing of the changed procedure and requirement, whereby I would have lost substantial amount by way of tax on interest. On checking this point over telephone, the reply I received was of arrogance of a usual Govt organization and not that of a friendly bank. I am initiating steps to close all my accounts with SBI and transfer them to a friendly bank.

              billing statement for the month of Oct/Nov 2012 Amt. in Rs.833.94 is wrongly billed since the credit card alloted to me is Free of Cost but you have renewal charges which should be deleted and revised statement may be send here it is also intimated that your all free tool Telephone number are blocked & out of order please make it correct so that I can contract on phone also.

                Bank manager of Satate bank of india of kasba branch is not openig Saving Account of Smt Sakuntala Devi, w/o Shri Dashrath Chaurasia, Vill- Eataha pokhar P.O.- Garhbanaili, Dist-Purnea, State-Bihar.
                The manager said A/C openig will started after 10 days, when went after 10 days again said the above word. Finally after 02 months the said A/c did not open till date.

                      I have received the ATM card but could not collect the Pin for the same from the branch due to some problems. After few days, I contacted the branch and they have considered my request for new pin and informed me that I will receive the pin within a week. But it was one month since I complained but there was no action from their side.                         Sbi bank executive call me for a credit card and i am interested in this .so your customer care executive collect my all documents on dt.04.10.2012 and signed papers and give me FORM NO.S[protected] But after this i have no status of this no call,no message.after I written a mail on SBI card email Id than
                        the customer executive call me and said to me for collect my documents again so for according to your reply again send my docs and he give me a new foam no.S[protected].and at this time two foam no.but your SBI bank tackler said to me not any documents proceed by your executive for apply my Card so where is my document.it means SBI Card executive joking with me and they not received my phone and not any response i thing they are play fraud game with me so please take any serious action and take a step against your executive and Credit card team.

                        After some they send me a mail that they are unable to accept your application for the SBI card. but
                        where is my documents which is submitted two times according to your executive ?
                        and why are your executive don't receive my phone and if one time receive than said to me that card in progress this is not right they are every time give wrong information,

                        SBI Credit Card — no response after collecting all documents for application

                        Dear All,

                        Iam very sorry to say that this SBI credit card fellows are behaving irresposibly.Afetr a consitant call from a sbi fellow i thought of appling for a credit card. they came and collected all documents including my photos. driving licence copy, company details and many things which is required for the application.For providing all those things i have wasted my presious time.

                        Ther was no response or call from any of these guys for three months after giving all documents. And after my consistant call (2 weeks)to a helpline number they told me that iam not elgible for credit card.They could have informed about this much earlier. Insted of wasting my time.
                        pls... u sbi fellows pls show the same enthusisam for response, that u do for collecting documents.

                        I got a call from HDFC guys for credit card & i said ok & they collected my all document on 8th April 2011 then after 15 day i called them they said they do not know the status bcoz the person who collected my document is hospitalized & nobody is working on it.The person who sent his guy name is Mr Kaleel n No [protected],kinldy take an action, he also said that he will come back last week but no reply n today i called me ,his phone is not working.

                          We are the faculty members of PRAJNA COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND ARTS, PALASA-KASIBUGGA, SRIKAKULAM DISTRICT., ANDHRA PRADESH. We are having E.P.F.Accounts individually and reducting some amount towards our account every month since 6 years from our college. We always make payment for E.P.F. Account in terms of Challans from SBI, PALASA Branch every month. Recently when we applied for withdrawl money from our E.P.F.Accounts, we were restricted due amout for the various 3 challans have not been credited yet into the Account of E.P.F.O., Visakhapatnam. In this concerned, we were directed by the Officials of E.P.F,O., Visakhapatnam to obtain the proofs about payment details towards the missing challans. On 18-Oct-2012, we approached SBI, PALASA for obtaining the Payment Proofs relating our missed 3 challans. But, till today, we did not receive any confirmation / authority letter from the SBI, PALASA regarding our paid challans.

                            Sir,

                            I went to withdraw cash 3000 from STATE BANK ATM in Thiruvarur on 30th October 2012 when i tried to withdraw the transaction was completed but i did not get the cash from the ATM. I again checked my balance, the amount 3000 was debited from my account. I made a complaint in STATE BANK - Kumbakonam (Home Branch), They are not accepting the mistake and they claim that we took the money and the machine won't make mistakes. We requested for video evidence and they said it will cost 15000 Rs to pull up the video which they cannot do. We also raised a complaint in SBI Customer grievances they are not responding properly. Complaint Ticket No. AT[protected]. Please do the necessary action against the issue.

                                Sir,

                                I got my internet banking kit from my branch 1year ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and password". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
                                Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible ...

                                  Hi, I just want to know how to get the STDR and TDR through online banking when I have opened the tdr at the branch not online. Is it possible that i get all the details of fixed deposit and loan details online. I want to know the TDR number against which i have taken a loan as the branch is not willing to help me as they don't have the TDR leaflet against which I have taken the loan.despite that they are saying that I have already encashed the TDR against which I took the loan.
                                  Please suggest, how to get the information as I don't want this be inverted into a complaint .

                                    I had attempted to withdraw rs 9800 from an sbi atm(s10a[protected] at garia more on 15th nov, 2012 at 12:05 hrs. No cash had come out but I was debited from my bank account. Now I'm in big trouble because of this incident and sbi is not giving my money back and saying that the transaction was successful. I am telling them to see the cctv footage that the money had not come out but they are bent on not doing anything. I had immediately taken out an mini statement after the unfortunate transaction to see the details, and had immediately gone to the home branch to file a complaint - AT[protected]. I have also mailed to some officers of the sbi but they DID not bother to reply. Being a student I am facing lots of difficulties now.

                                    I am holding an account in kotak mahindra bank. Account details are name:P.B.SENTHIL KUMAR ,A/C NO:[protected] (Corporate Ace Salary Account).

                                    When I tried to withdraw Rs.5000 from SBI ATM 10th avenue ashok nagar ,ATM did not disburse the money however it deducted Rs.5000 from my account .

                                    When i tried to withdraw rs 300 or 500 from pnb bank atm from fateh nagar (dda market) on 24/09/2010 did not disburse the money however if deducted of rs 800 from my account . I allready compiant in custmercare on 26/09/2010 complant num AT [protected](500RS) AT [protected](300RS)

                                    State Bank of India — account debited cash not disbursed

                                    Sir, My cousin Kumari G N S Sudha is having account [protected] with Kovvuru branch (WGDt) her card number is[protected] lost money in ATM on 12/12/2010. She Lodged a complaint AT[protected] on 12/12/2010 arround 7.00pm. She received a message that the complaint was closed by the competant authority and asked her to approach Kovvur Branch. She a wrote aletter dated 12/12/2010 narrating the time .The letter was sent by SPED Post SP EN[protected]IN STATING ABOUT LOSS OF MONEY in ATM. on contancting the Cash Officer kovvur branch ,he said entry is not in their in their books and asked to approach the ATM maintanance branch SBI SEC BAD Main br. But at the time of complaining the caller from the cell [protected] said that the amount will be credited back to the account with in 12 days . No co operation is evinced from SBI Kovvur Branch . Kindly advise the concerned to reverse the entry.

                                    Irregularities in 6th CPC Arrear — cash debit from atm

                                    On 14th aug.2009 i hav debited Rs. 5500 from sbi atm card and i didn't get cash but from account it has been debited..i hav complained to the branch office but still not taken any action..WHY?

                                      i am a idbi bank baddi branch account holder, i have withdraw rs. 10000.00 & 2000.00 on dated 13.11.2012 time 16.55 to 16.56, transaction no 1027 & 1027 from state bank of india ,sujanpur tihra himachal pradesh. i have receive duplicate one 500.00 currency, i had verbal complaint with one clerical staff (with check the currency) of state bank of india sujanpur tihra branch on dated 14.11.2012, but not positively respond by at his end. he say's pl. ignore this amount actual this atm currency is not our under.
                                      actually this atm amount fulfill by ludhiana or hamirpur. this not our responsibility.
