With due hanour I give below the following facts for your kind intervention to implement my family Pension at the earliest:
1) My husband has expired on 25.02.2012 and I have given written representation to The BM, SBI, Naihati on 19.03.2012 intimating Death of my husband and to regularize my family pension at the earliest.
2) After the laps of 4 months, till date my family pension has not yet been settled and not even opened my Pension Account due to the negative motivation of SBI, Naihati.
3)Now, in these hard days I am almost in starving or begging from my relatives being the wife of a Central Govt. employee.
In these circumstances, I would request you to look into the matter on top most priority
basis so that I am not deprived and my family pension is regularised in no time.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    [Sub: Unauthorized fraudulent transactions]
    This is to inform you that our entire family has plunged into deep shock and anger with the State Bank of India. While enquiring my account over the internet banking on 9/11/2011, I was taken aback over the numerous unauthorized transactions. I rushed to the nearest State Bank of India, NRI section where I was told about the shocking news in detail. It is an extreme negligence of the bank and the irresponsibility of the bank officials that such a massive sum of Rs 31,36,000 was deducted from my State Bank of India, SPB Branch, Patna, A/c No [protected] and ATM Card No[protected]. All the transactions were done without my knowledge within three days, dates being 31/10/2011, 1/11/2011, 4/11/2011. Its hard to believe the peculiar mode of transaction. Transactions were done from ATM machine into 32 other accounts using my ATM card, which actually is in my possession. My ATM card had been cloned during during one of my POS transactions while shopping. My ‘cloned ATM card’ was used to make fraudulent transactions from Bhopal and Mathura. On 31/10/2011, Rs 40,000 was transferred from ATM to miscellaneous accounts followed by Rs 19 Lakhs on 1/11/2011 and Rs 11 Lakhs on 4/11/2011, in the similar manner (ATM to accounts). This lump sum amount was transferred into 32 different accounts and again money was withdrawn from those accounts. This clearly shows that there has been a breach in the security system of the State Bank of India. Not only has my password been hacked but also the passwords of those 32 accounts holders. Sir how can such a peculiar mode of transaction take place without the involvement of any bank officials? While all these transactions were being made, my bank didn’t even once find it necessary to inform me or find out who was making the transactions or whether the above said transactions were genuine; all this even though my mobile number and email ID are registered with my account.
    It’s been seven months since this mishap took place. Being a single lady and residing in Delhi, I had been sending mails and paying regular visits to my branch in Patna where my account is registered, for an explanation; but to no avail. I approached the Ombudsman, RBI as well as mailed to the corporate branch of State Bank of India I in Mumbai. However sadly I barely got any reply even from them. This finally forced me to take legal help and advice and I lodged a Civil Writ Petition CWJC No 3406 of 2012 against the bank in The High Court, Patna. Even then my bank hasn’t done much to go into the details or find out where the fault has taken place. They just plainly have to say that I was not careful in using my card or I would have disclosed my pin code details to my kinsman! They have also gone to the level of involving my daughter. They are just playing blame game and have no answer to the 32 accounts in which the money has been transferred. No decision has been taken in the High court with regards to my case. I don’t know what should I do? My husband had kept this money for my daughter’s marriage and now I am in real trouble. I am going though severe mental trauma & stress. Please help me as I really don’t know what to do.

      Hi,

      I have taken a loan amount of Rs 75000 using SBI bank's credit card. I have choosen 12 months tenure to close this loan and i have paid 4 months properly.

      But now unfortunately i have some big problems. So i'm requesting to increase the tenure and decrease the EMI amount.

      But SBI card customer care were not accepting my request.

      Due to my problem i cant pay this amount in reamaining 8 month's tenure. So i'm requesting them to increase my tenure and decrease the EMI amount.

      Please hlep in this regard.

          dear sir,
          i saktesh patel, customer of sbi gold and more credit card had booked a balance transfer from sbi of rs. 27500 on 17th may. Mr. Rinku ram on the 17th may in the afternoon had booked my balance transfer for rs. 27500 for hdfc credit cards.he asked that whethet the cheque has to be delivered directly to hdfc or it shoul be delivered it to you. i clerly told him that deliver it to hdfc bank directly before 27 may as it was my due date in hdfc. on 28 may i asked hdfc that whether the cheque has been received or not. they informed me that we have not received the cheque and you have to pay the late fees charges till 27 june. on receiving my statement from hdfc the charges amounted for rs. 1776.38. on the same day i called sbi and asked that whether the cheque has been dispatched to hdfc, but they informed that yes and u wait for 2 days. i waited and after 2 days i called them again and they informed me that they have send it to my office address and has been delivered it to some mr. vikas without any information to me. when it was told that it has to be delivered ot to hdfc then why he sent it to my office and that it was given to someone else and not to me.i then collected my cheque from him and dropped in hdfc. they took another one weeks time to clear it.in first week of june i called sbi again and i lodged a complaint but no complaint no. was provided to me and told me that our senior will call you back, i waited but no one turned up. On 9 the june i again called them and miss. payal lodged my complaint ( compalint no. 111 ) and our senior will call u in one weeks time. i waited for one week but no one called back. On the same day i had mailed to miss dhody , mr. kalra and email was sent to feedback and services email ids also. i have also attached my hdfc bill and posted to miss dhodhy and mr. kalra to their gurgaon address but no one gave a reply. from 17 june onwards i called them repeatedly and asked them to transfer my call to your senior but either he was not available or sometimes they just avoided by giving some excuses. everytime they told that they will arrange a callback. on 19 i talked to their supervisor mr. rajneesh. i told him about my problem and said that we will check the recording and call u in 3 hours but he didn't called me. On 23rd i called him again he told me that yes its our mistake and we will talk to hdfc and refund your amount. he took my hdfc card no also and said that we will call you on 26 june. Till 26 th there was no call back from mr. rajneesh and on the same day i called him but he didn't came on call and unfortunately i had to pay the amount.
          please kindly look intro the matter and resolve my problem as i am being mentally tortured from last one month by sbi. there customer services are very poor they do not respond well. why should i pay the late fees charges when its not my mistake eithet the company to pay or that executive rinku ram.
          i had also told them about my auto debit facility and told them to make it for minimum amount due but they never lookied into the matter. mr rajneesh's response is too bad.

                Myself is Sushil Kumar Srivastava, Retired Class I Gazetted Officer (Sr.Ctzn.) having Saving Bank A/c. No.[protected] (Salary/Pension) with State Bank Of India, Allahpur Branch, Allahabad. Several times my PAN-ABYPS1440D has been noted
                in the related documents inspite of this I am not getting my Form 16 for the financial year 2011-12 for completing my Return for submission which I always submit in the month of June.After a month personal approaching to the Branch Manager during these
                hot days and old age he could not provide the same instead of providing untitled statement showing incurred interest during the
                year.
                Kindly direct the concerned Manager to provide me the required Form 16 for the financial year 2011-12 to enable me to submit my

                  Today i am going to sbi evening branch balasoe with my small brother to open a saving account.along with all necessary document.but unfortunately i am not success to open a account .boz your officer forcefully sell insurance policy with 2 lac sum assured minimum. other wise not open my account .& he advise me i[censored] have not purchase insurance then you go to other bank.i thing i talk with BM with this matter but same answer reply me.

                  SBI (pure banking nothing else) sir my small brother is a student.& we are belong to middle class family,my father is a farmer so i am not pay 15000/ annually for 15 years.and one thing sir insurance is required i know but where i go for insurance that is separate thing .sbi is largest bank of Asia.if sbi play monopoly like this then we common man where to go please tell sir.

                  There fore i request to you please help me open a saving account with minimum balance.

                    This is with regard to payments against my credit card. I had made a payment for Rs 230,000 on 23 May 2012 through HDFC online netbanking reference number[protected]. On 4 June 2012, there was an ECS amount of Rs 222,149.37 against reference number[protected] towards the full amount of the bill despite the amount being paid on 23 May 2012.

                    It appears like the payments have come twice and a request was raised on 4 June to reverse the amount. Despite repeated requests and reminders to feedback.[protected]@ge.com and the Vice President Divya Dhody ([protected]@ge.com), payments were not returned. A call was made to forward the PAN copy which was emailed to [protected]@ge.com on June 19, 2012. It seemed like this was never forwarded to the required individuals to resolve. It is the 26 June 2012 and the payment has still not been made.

                    The latest case ID is CaseID=[protected].

                    I am wondering if customers fail to pay even for 1 day, interest rates o[censored]pto 2% are charged to the full amount outstanding. In my case, when a wrong payment is auto collected, there is a poor attitude in resolving the issue. This is very unfortunate.

                      credit of false debit
                      I had obtained a personal loan of Rs. 231000 from SBI Credit Cards. While foreclosing the loan amount, an amount of Rs. 703.28 was wrongly/excess charged by the Bank (towards GST) on my Credit card statement issued on 18th May'12.
                      While contacting the customer care of SBI cards, they informed me to pay this amount on or before due date (7th June'12) and the same will be reversed in my next statement (18th June'12). Following was the mail from SBI Credit Cards
                      May 25, 2012.

                      "Dear Mr. Mishra,
                      Thank you for writing to SBI Cards.
                      This is with reference to your communication dated May 24, 2012.
                      Please note that credit towards the Government Service tax will be processed on your SBI card on statement generation date, thus we request you to remit the payment towards the Government Service Tax levied on your account to avoid fresh accrual of charges. Excess payment, if any, received will be adjusted towards future purchases on your account."

                      When I received this month statement, there was no credit from SBI Credit cards. When I again wrote a mail to them they say that it is not possible to reverse the same. following is the communication from Bank :

                      "Jun 23, 2012.
                      Dear Mr. Mishra,
                      Thank you for writing to SBI Cards.
                      This is with reference to your communication dated Jun 22, 2012.
                      We regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse any amount towards theGST on your SBI card account."

                        I had lodged a complaint regarding the duplicate charging on my card 07/05/12 as per the attachment.
                        From that time till now numerous e mails have been sent to D. Dhody, esteemed vice president customer care and the customer care itself. But there is no response. I was promised to get the matter resolved by 11/06/12 but after repeated reminder nothing is happening.The case id is 'CaseID​=[protected]​02' .

                            i have withdrawn the sum of rupee 5000.00 from sbi atm at bolani (odisha) on dt-22.05.2012 at 4.30pm. i have not received the money and no printed slip would generated. i have wait in front of atm machine after some time the machine status show your transaction time is over but finally i have not received the money. when i update my passbook then i have seen that above said amount would debited. a complaint have lodged on dt-23.05.2012 at my branch. the branch manager told to me your amount will credit in your account in seven day. but no amount have credit in my account. then again a complain lodged on dt-1.06.2012 but after seven day no amount credit in my account. then again 3rd complain lodged on dt-12.06.2012 and got an sms on my mobile (your complaint has been registered with ticket no AT[protected]). after on dt-20.06.2012 i got an sms that( your complaint is closed in system to get the details please contact the branch). when i contact at my branch they told me no amount have credit in my account. so i request through this complaint to refund my money as soon as possible.

                              SBI Railway Credit Card locked due to use of wrong password by myself.Informed through mail & customer care on several times from 01.06.12,to unlock the card.Every time they are telling that the same will be done within 2 Hours.But nothing has happened till date.Verification by Visa is not initiating at all.Asked to reset the account to generate new password and relevant formalities.

                              Lodged a complain to SBI Card department.The Complain No is MQ[protected].But the problem till date not resolved.Wrote to VP,Customer Care Services on several times also.But no resolution came from their end also.Suffering a lot.

                              Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                Gone to Risia Bazaar,District Bahraich Branch but unsatisfy there as branch charges unnecessary amount of Rs 100 for verifying my account…as it is not charged by other bank

                                I have a policy in Bajaj Allianj Life Insurance and I want to close that policy and the amount on closing comes into my account diectly…I get a form from Bajaj Allianz to fiil up and get a stamp from bank to verify that there is my account by this number..

                                As I gone to bank he said firstly the charge is 150 rs then few minutes after he said the charge is 100 rs,then only stamp will be put…plzz go and deposit amount in the account number which i will give to u...

                                But when I gone to other bank for checking so I found that no other bank is charging any charges for verfying customer account…..

                                So I want to lodged a complaint regarding Risia Branch Branch Manager(BRANCH CODE-02602) for unnecessarry charging of amount

                                  I am Ajay Bahl I have a SBI credit card which I have been using for the last 10 years. I am regular in paying full payment against my card in time. This happend to me in Oct 2011 when i got a call from an executive informing that I have an outstanding amount of fRs 51,000 on my credit card.This news had put me in a state of shock because I dont use my card very often nor have i made any transaction of so much of amount from my credit card in my life.I immediately informed the concerned authority about the card misuse and had asked them to block my card on immediate basis also somebody had changed my personal details such as my mobile number , made a fake email id by my name and got the changes done in the company database. It is because of change in my personal details i had stopped receiving the bills at my place and also sms for the transaction done from my card. It is since Oct 2011 i am constantly sending them mails to investigate on the matter and find the defaulter.After 9 months of complaint i know have got the details of fradulent transactions it was used by somebody for paying tata indicom bills.I have requested the bank to find against which a/c my card has been used to recharge . The bank is charging me interest on the amount from Oct 2011. I now have started receiving calls to pay the amount. This is causing lot of mental agony and wastage of time . I request you to please get me justice on this and find the defaulter

                                    Rs 330 has been deducted form my account on 30-March-12 for depositing local cheque at SBI, Nandesari (Vadodara) Branch.
                                    While depositing the cheque, I enquired with concerned SBI officer, and I was given to understand that there would not be any charges for depositing the cheque.
                                    When such a hefty charge was deducted, I met concerned officers at the branch. They blame CCPC who deducts such charges, ruthlessly. Letter from the branch manager is attached.
                                    I enquired and found that None of the bank take charges for depositing the cheque. One can deposit at any of the branches without any charge.
                                    SBI has never informed their customers or their officers about such charges for depositing the cheque (except silently putting that on website).
                                    I would not have deposited the cheque, if concerned SBI officer was aware about such charges, and had given me correct information.
                                    In view of that, is it justified to deduct my Rs 330/-??
                                    I put up my complaint to SBI, and banking obdusman. But there is no response.

                                    Hi, I have a SBI Account (Saving) A/C of Kolkata(West Bengal). I deposited an Account pay cheque of my name of 6000 in Bangalore(Karnataka) from ICICI Bangalore. But the Bank charge 56 for clearance the amount I want to how much charge will take for clearance the amount.

                                      Sir, I live in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The day before yesterday, on June 21, 2012, I went to a nearby Union Bank of India branch ATM, to withdraw Rs.500 from my account. My account balance was Rs.1073. When I inserted the card and checked my balance from the ATM, I got it Rs.1065, that is, Rs.8 deducted randomly. After that, when I withdrew Rs. 500 , I got Rs.545 instead of Rs.565, that is, Rs.28 were deducted from my account without any reason.It is to bring to your kind notice that whether its a rule/regulation to deduct money from the accounts of consumers, or its just a nothing more than a deficiency in service?, but anyhow, I want my money back.
                                      After all, I am not and would be not the only one who is passing through such unavoidable burden, I am making this complaint for all those elite masses and the vulnerable sections of society, and it is the responsibility of Bank Employees to take care of consumer transactions efficiently.

                                        I would like to inform that I am having LIFETIME FREE SBI Credit card, number is [protected]. Regularly, I am using this card since last 6 years but presently depressed from debit amount Rs. 750+250/- related to annual fees and add-on fee, which was reported in 09th June 2012 Statement. Ever year, it was reversed after informing to customer helpline but this year not happened. for your information, I am sending an attachment of card statement of 8th August 2011 where clearly reversal of above charges stated.

                                        Therefore, I am requesting to you that kindly, action taken for reversal of annual fee includes GST because my card is LIFETIME FREE SINCE ISSUED DATE.

                                        I believe that you will be considering my REQUEST and giving opportunity's to enjoy with card, otherwise I would be go to surrender my SBI Card immediately.

                                        i have been given a credit card few days back from SBI Cards. My account no is [protected].
                                        I am surprised to see that though i have been charged an Annual fee of Rs .275/- for that card , SBI Card has issued credit card free of cost to some in my office.
                                        Under the circumstances i feel that being a Government Employee i too may be favoured with such consideration.
                                        please take steps to reverse the Annual Fees at the earliest.
