i am using a credit card service from sbi from the last 8 months.unexpectedly the card was deactivated by them only.and i paid all the monthly bills extactly.but in the last month i was paid the amount on july 14th.but they debited the same amount from my account on july 15th.see so the amount debited from my account is double the bill amount.and the card is also not active to use the amount.i called them and given complaint on 22nd of july but till to this moment they are not yet sended the cheque for me.and even i called them arount 10 times they are telling please wait sir we are forwarding.this is the thing they are telling for me.what should i do? whom to complain regarding this?

I have applied for an Educational loan for my daughter who is doing her BDS on 08.08.2011 using on line of SBI port. My ticket number is SBI-EL-[protected]. Based on this we have approached Veerganur SBI bank branch on 11.08.2011. But the branch manager said we have to approach Indian Oversees Bank which is in another place as the bankers divided the areas among them selves. If this the cases why on line approval is accepted?Every where it is told getting education loan is not a problem by all governments and concern bankers and ministers but for the past two years I experienced how difficult to get an education loan. Pl don't harass the people.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
SBI is cheating by offering cash back offer for their credit card.
when i applied for a SBI credit card, they said you need to pay 580 rs for the one time fee and 100 rs will be the cash back, which you can widhdraw from any SBI ATM.

So i thought only 480 would be the fee and any way we are getting back our 100 rs back.
I withdrawn R.100 from SBI ATM.
when i see the statement it shows Rs.400 have been charged on my transaction.

when i called the customer care, they said that for ATM charges 300 + 100 Rs both are charged and in the coming billing cycle they will add the nterst for these days against the anount of Rs.100.

This is a pure cheating by the great bank.
Pls be aware of these kind of cheatings and i would recommend no to go with these kind of cheaters.

You will kindly recollect that as per circular no. 137/2008 vide memo no. 820 dated 23.09.09 of the Finance Department, Bihar, Patna, the pension was revised with retrospective effect from 01.01.2006 and the monetary benefit was to be paid with effect from 01.04.2007. The arrear was to be paid in three installments in the following fashion:
Year 2009-10 15%
Year 2010-11 40%
Year 2011-12 45%
The arrear pension payment along with D.A. was scheduled to commence from September 2009.

I am, therefore to request you to look into the matter and apprise me of the total arrear due to the revision of pension together with the payments of the three installments with their respective date and amounts. I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern so that the money is credited in my account soon. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer I have very much belief in SBI but this time I am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP. I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

PF Office send this cheque though speed post from 02/05/2011 and SBI Bank Duddhi received this speed post at 06/05/2011.
after one month we went in bank manager told we cheque not at received after that we did inquery then we found cheque lost from SBI Bank Duddhi.
thats why again i went EPF Office Gorakhpur but EPF Office dont want to make another cheque after 06 month only he will make another cheque.

I’ve logged a complaint regarding the branch manager of SBI Kattedan, Hyderabad through post on 28th May 2011. We also replied to letter received from SBI Kattedan Branch to Local Head Office. But even...

TODAY I HAVE MADE AIRTEL MOBILE POSTPAID ON LINE PAYMENT THROUGH SBI NET BANKING. WHEN I FIRST ENTERED SECURITY CODE, THE AMOUNT OF RS 627.72 GOT DEBITED BUT THE PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM AIRTEL DID NOT COME TO ME. AGAIN WHEN I DO THE SAME PROCEDURES, THE AMOUNT 627.72 GOT DEBITED AGAIN AND I GOT THE RECEIPT FROM AIR TEL.

WHEN I CHECKED MY SBI ONLINE ACCOUNT STATEMENT, Rs 627.72 GOT DEBITED TWICE IN MY STATEMENT.

I WANT THAT TO BE REVERSED. WHEN I CONTACTED SBI CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THEY GAVE BRANCH PHONE NUMBER, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.

sir, im a account holder of sbi pbb gunrock branch.three days back i went to bank to deposit a cheque,i requested mr chynulu to stamp my counterfoil he denied and said to drop it in box.but when i insisted y he is not stamping counterfoil he very rudely spoke to me giving excuse that if the cheque is misplaced who wil b responsible,i[censored] want to stamp ur counterfoil come tomorow mrng.i told him to give it in writing,he got angry and was very rude towards me and said i wil nt give in writing nor i wil stamp.why the bank has written the costumers satisfaction is our satisfaction.they are getting salary and doing the job because of customers with whom they are behaving unfriendly.such staff shud be punished for such act,so that others dont do it next time.

DEAR SIR,

I use the Syndicate Bank ATM on dt.[protected] the ATM deduct the amount of Rs. 2000/- from my account ( A/c No. [protected]) but the above amount not received me. I write the complent to state bank of india SBI sadar Bazar Jhansi on date[protected].But till the date the amount not refunded to my account.

The bank has not taken any action till the date. So I request you to refund my amount. ie Rs. 2000/- and plus the penalty of during this period according to the rules of RBI.

Am registering this complaint about my ATM Pin Block.

As i tried transaction in SBI ATM and tried 3times entering the same pin as it got error message to enter the correct pin. Contacted helpline they informed post 24hrs pin will be unlocked and i can try using the same card and pin to do the transaction, post 24hrs i tried the same but still facing the same issue.

So request you to look into this issue as priority basis as facing the issue from 3days as done the same what SBI helpline agent informed, So request you to please look into asap.

Now I have seen online now it is showing 10.5%, I have given complain to Branch Manager and Told that there is mistake shown in online that you are applying more intrest than as per aggriment, they are unable to give answer only said that it is system generated and as per the system you have to pay. Now What can I do as per agriment I will pay . How to resolve this problem ? Bank Branch manager had taken 1 month and then said I am unable to resolve this problem and you can logged complains against SBI any where I am helpless.
