Dear Brothers and Sisters,
SBI is cheating by offering cash back offer for their credit card.
when i applied for a SBI credit card, they said you need to pay 580 rs for the one time fee and 100 rs will be the cash back, which you can widhdraw from any SBI ATM.

So i thought only 480 would be the fee and any way we are getting back our 100 rs back.
I withdrawn R.100 from SBI ATM.
when i see the statement it shows Rs.400 have been charged on my transaction.

when i called the customer care, they said that for ATM charges 300 + 100 Rs both are charged and in the coming billing cycle they will add the nterst for these days against the anount of Rs.100.

This is a pure cheating by the great bank.
Pls be aware of these kind of cheatings and i would recommend no to go with these kind of cheaters.

      A detailed browse through my pass-book has revealed that I have not yet been paid the arrear pension accrued by virtue of the most recent recommendations of the 6th Pay Revision Commission. You will kindly recollect that as per circular no. 137/2008 vide memo no. 820 dated 23.09.09 of the Finance Department, Bihar, Patna, the pension was revised with retrospective effect from 01.01.2006 and the monetary benefit was to be paid with effect from 01.04.2007. The arrear was to be paid in three installments in the following fashion:
      Year 2009-10 15%
      Year 2010-11 40%
      Year 2011-12 45%
      The arrear pension payment along with D.A. was scheduled to commence from September 2009.

      I am, therefore to request you to look into the matter and apprise me of the total arrear due to the revision of pension together with the payments of the three installments with their respective date and amounts.         I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transaction each of Rs.6000/- from CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA ATM (Red Cross Place Kolkatta, Terminal: KOLD171302) ON 09th August 2011, today at 11:24:31 am.exactly Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from SBI ATM (Dalhousie SQ branch- Kolkatta)

        I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern so that the money is credited in my account soon. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer I have very much belief in SBI but this time I am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP. I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

        ATM transaction failure : didn`t receive money
        Dear Sir/Madam

        I have lodged following complaint at SBI, RPL Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline. [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.5000/- from SBI.

        I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transactions each of Rs.5000/- from Bank OF Baroda, p n marg ATM (ATM ID - 1FDJMG06) ON 02 AUGUST 2010,Time- 19:36 , ATM Record no- 3511. Unfortunately i doesn`t got the money and Money deducted from my account I have already made a Post complaint with photo copy of transaction slip my Branch Manager (SBI, RPL branch,Moti Khavdi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done, till now this Rs.5000/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future.         I, Swapan Roy had a Saving accoount with no : [protected] at Branch Name :BAHADURGARH ( Code : 743), I would like to inform you that Rs 24020/- was credited to my account on dt 03.08.10 at SBI Ameerpet Branch, Hyd.But when I withdraw Rs 14000/- on 14.08.10 It was showing the remaining balance to be just Rs 80/-.I Would like to notify that rather than Rs 14000/- I haven't withdraw any amount.
        The actual remaining balance should be around amount Rs10, 020/-, But it is showing only Rs 80/-.Please look into the matter.

        I had been utilising your service from a long time, I haven't faced a problem like this untill now. Please look in to the matter and solve the problem as quickly as possible., so that i can carry out my work normally with out any problem.

          Hello Sir,

          I have applied an housing loan for my brother (Shrinath.V) on 20th March 09 at SBI Bank, Kagadasapura brach, Bangalore. Since then week by weeks are passing but no progress in my Loan request. The Loan file number is 11290/31. Every time when I approach through the Kagadasapura Bank Manager, the RACPC (Loan Processing centre) comes up with some reason like current month’s bank statement is not available, current pay slip is not given, latest form 16 is not issue and many more reason. After issuing these documents it will pass another month and comes back with the a similar list. They are not finalizing their request at all as of date. By waiting this way, I’m crossing the 6th month. When I directly went to RACPC to meet the AGM, he pointed me to a help desk and intrun the help desk said the file is in Regional Office, they can’t help. When I met the manager again as usual like the previous month, again this month with list of documents to submit. There is no proper escalation point at this point of time for us in SBI.

          Not sure when will the complete these verification lists, but it is 6 months now. We are half way through our house construction expecting this loan. As of now there is no valid reason to point our eligibility for a loan. But no proper steps are taken from SBI. At least we are expecting a Yes or No answer for our loan application from the concern authority of SBI so that we can proceed the next steps. Request your immediately intervention in this matter.

            after one month we went in bank manager told we cheque not at received after that we did inquery then we found cheque lost from SBI Bank Duddhi.
            thats why again i went EPF Office Gorakhpur but EPF Office dont want to make another cheque after 06 month only he will make another cheque.

                PENSION — Reduction in Pension Amount

                I am a pensioner having PPO A/c No.[protected]. I was receiving pension @ of Rs. 4559/- till April 2008. The pension amount reduced from Rs.4559/- to Rs. 2500/- from May 2008 to August 2008. After the sixth Pay commission my pension is revised in Sept. 08 to Rs. 4409/-. I personally visited your office in the end of May 2009 to check out the reason for reduction of my pension amount from May 2008. The dealing assistant after checking my account found the following mistake in the pension calculation which he assured to reconcile by 20th June 2009.
                BasicPension Rs. 2600/-
                Less commutation amount (-) Rs. 1040/-
                Balance Rs. 1560/- (Pension is to be calculated on Rs. 1560/-)
                Less commutation amount (-) Rs. 1040/- (Commutation amount wrongly deducted twice)
                Balance Rs. 0520/- (Pension is wronly calculated Rs. 520/- instead of Rs. 1560/- resulting in reduction of pension amount from May 2008 and subsequant effect in the pension arrears of sixth pay commission.
                It is once again requested to kindly reconcile my pension account by rectifying the above calculations by 20th of July please.

                    sir, im a account holder of sbi pbb gunrock branch.three days back i went to bank to deposit a cheque,i requested mr chynulu to stamp my counterfoil he denied and said to drop it in box.but when i insisted y he is not stamping counterfoil he very rudely spoke to me giving excuse that if the cheque is misplaced who wil b responsible,i[censored] want to stamp ur counterfoil come tomorow mrng.i told him to give it in writing,he got angry and was very rude towards me and said i wil nt give in writing nor i wil stamp.why the bank has written the costumers satisfaction is our satisfaction.they are getting salary and doing the job because of customers with whom they are behaving unfriendly.such staff shud be punished for such act,so that others dont do it next time.

                    pbb gunrock state bank of india — non reversal of wrongly debited amount

                    sir,i have salary a/c with pbb gunrock sbi no.[protected].i issued a cheque(703369) to akshaya educational society amt.13500/- as on 15-3-11,on 16th my brach debited the same amt of13500/- to my a/c but the cheque was returned stating in sufficent funds.when that amt was deducted frm my a/c then y the cheque was bounced,if the cheque was returned they shud have reverted my amount to my a/c.its more than one month but nothing has hapned.i have alredy submited one aplication to mr.srinivas but stil no action has been taken.i have consulted mr srinivas 5 times regarding this mater ,he saya i wil see n make sure that amt is reverted to my a/c but nothing happens.he doesnt respond corectly nor he follow up the problms of customers.i request u to consider my problem and do need ful as im a army personel i canot afford such amt to be blocked.i wil b very greatful to u for this kindful help.

                        I use the Syndicate Bank ATM on dt.[protected] the ATM deduct the amount of Rs. 2000/- from my account ( A/c No. [protected]) but the above amount not received me. I write the complent to state bank of india SBI sadar Bazar Jhansi on date[protected].But till the date the amount not refunded to my account.

                        The bank has not taken any action till the date. So I request you to refund my amount. ie Rs. 2000/- and plus the penalty of during this period according to the rules of RBI.

                          Am registering this complaint about my ATM Pin Block.

                          As i tried transaction in SBI ATM and tried 3times entering the same pin as it got error message to enter the correct pin. Contacted helpline they informed post 24hrs pin will be unlocked and i can try using the same card and pin to do the transaction, post 24hrs i tried the same but still facing the same issue.

                          So request you to look into this issue as priority basis as facing the issue from 3days as done the same what SBI helpline agent informed, So request you to please look into asap.

                            Now I have seen online now it is showing 10.5%, I have given complain to Branch Manager and Told that there is mistake shown in online that you are applying more intrest than as per aggriment, they are unable to give answer only said that it is system generated and as per the system you have to pay. Now What can I do as per agriment I will pay . How to resolve this problem ? Bank Branch manager had taken 1 month and then said I am unable to resolve this problem and you can logged complains against SBI any where I am helpless.

                              I am holding an account in SBI. I deposited a cheque bearing number 488997 of CITI BANK on 21 July 2011 in East Marredpally SBI Branch. I realized that the cheque was not credited into my account where i enquired the same with SBI they responded that the cheque was sent but not cleared from CITI BANK. The same was enquired with the CITI Bank as well the cheque issue authorities where i came to know that the cheque has not yet been sent for submission to CITI Bank from SBI.

                              So when i launched a complaint today 3 Aug 2011 in written against this in SBI, East Marredpally they presented me reckless and irresponsible behaviour and finally informed me that they don't know about the cheque and they cannot do anything for it.
                              This is how the Managers from a core Indian Bank working and behaving with their consumers. It would be really a wonder if SBI authorities going to do anything about this!!

                                I Mr. J Shashi Shekar Naik have taken a term certificate from State Bank of Mysore, West of Chord road branch- 40280, Bangalore-86. I have given a complaint regarding the cancellation of the term certificate which i had taken from SBM bank, but there is no response from your side. Also i haven't taken any credit card / debit card from SBI bank. So kindly cancel my term certificate and please send me a response letter either to my address or to my email id , that i have not taken any cards from your bank.

                                  state pension payment of Ms. Baby Ruth Roy PPO no. CLW/1992/202 DATED 17.03.2011 A/c. No. [protected] had forwarded this above ppo on 16.05.2011 from jamtara sbi branch to sbi cppc 4th floor adm. bld. J.C.Road patna. But it is still pending at above end.

                                    I am a victim of holding SBI credit card. Please provide me a permanent Credit Card Closing letter.
                                    MY SBI credit card number is –[protected],

                                    On 16/06/2010, a credit card is issue to me in the favor of fixed deposit at SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad.

                                    On 16/06/2011, my fixed deposit time is over and I want to withdraw my amount, but SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad Official Says, “we want a credit card Closing Letter from SBI Card.”

                                    Then on 21/07/2011, I call to customer care at [protected], at that time I have lodge a request for closing my credit card permanently and also a lodge a request for a credit card closing letter for SBI Branch (3245), Faridabad. Customer care executive says, “A mail related to your credit card is send to SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad and a closing letter is issued on your address.” But after long waiting nothing received from SBI card, due to this I was in a bad situation, where I really don’t know what to do? And where to plead?

                                    Again on 02/08/2011, I went to SBI branch, and Here non-responsive official tell me, “we don’t receive any type of mail related to your SBI credit card.”

                                    After all on 02/08/2011, I call to customer care at [protected] and Miss Kushbu attending my call and lodge a complaint and complaint number is[protected],

                                    In short my SBI credit card is permanently closed from your side so please issue a Credit Card closing letter to SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad and also on my address because of Cash refund of my fixed deposit amount.

                                    I am waiting for satisfactory reply from your side.
