Subject: Non receipt of Pension since November 2007 reg.-PPO No.SC/5904/82SB, A/C No.[protected].

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007.

2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. Again I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10,000/- from my account.

3. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk on 10.11.2010 and 15.12.2010 in this regard but no information received so far.

4. Further I wrote to PGO, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad on 29.12.2010 but their action is still awaited.

5. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease. In April 2010, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my elder son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089. I have no other source of income except the pension and now I am facing the financial hardship.

6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorites to release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) . It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an army pensioner retired on 30.09.2013 from BEG Kirkee, Pune and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from SBI High Court branch, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I am not getting my pension since retirement.


2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer)and declaration certificate have already been submiited to SBI Jodhpur by hand in Nov 2013.

6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorities to release my pension from Oct 2013. It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

    With reference to the above subject I undersigned the customer of S.B.I. Prantij Branch Code No. 0458 request your honour to state that, the officer of your bank S.B.I. Prantij Branch Mr. Sitarambhai who is serving at our Prantij branch doing misbehavior and bad manner with the new and old customers who come to open their accounts instead of giving co-operation to the customers now a days.

    Due to this type of irresponsible and bad manner, the conscience of people of Prantij hurts. Due to this type o[censored]tterance of bad words by him and worst type of attitude with the customers of S.B.I. and citizens of prantij, I undersigned desire to take action against him and willing that, his temperament must have some improvements.

    Before this, the branch was issued ATM Cards to the students who had opened their accounts with only rupees one, however; they were issued ATM Cards. Whether those students were 18 years of age at that time ? And, If not, then how they were issued the ATM Cards ? But recently it is said that ATM Cards were issuing to those new customer who were 18 years of age. But if the students give their guardian’s confirmation letter for the same, then what objection the bank would have ?

    Thus, their aim is to use this ATM is due to their stay at hostels and the students and their parents would not have any difficulties in transaction of money from home and must not have any trouble and also their parents are ready to take responsibility about the misuse of ATM by those students. But your official Mr. Sitarambhai do not justify their request and he misbehaved with those students with guilty conscience and the person like us who come with sufficient information, were instead of giving co-operation Mr. Sitarambhai behaved like dictator and irresponsible person.

    So, we appeal your honour to take necessary actions/steps against Mr. Sitarambhai and satisfy us about our needs.

      Dear Sir
      I am holding a SBI Debit Card bearing no.[protected]. I made a withdrawl of Rs 20,000/- on SBI ATMID S10A[protected] at 12:28 on 25.01.2011. The ATM delivered 39 notes of Rs 500/- denomination (5 MA 281638 To 5 MA 281676.). The Total amount delivered by the ATM was only Rs39,500/-, with a shortfall of Rs 500/-.
      The note of the above may kindly be taken and Rs 500/- may kindly be credited back to my Bank A/c No. SBI PANVEL Saving Bank A/C No. [protected].

        Sir, I am Ex Navy, Name: Shanker Dev Nath, Ex MCPO-2, ( Group-A, Artificer Branch) No. 190090-Z , retired on 31/08/1992 with pension. My PPO No. is 09/97/B/S/01016/1992 and drawing pension from SBI Behta Saboli Branch in Lucknow.My Pension Account No. is [protected].
        I am still getting pension at old rate which Rs.7323 ( basic ), whereas the defence pension of PBOR is revised with effect ffrom 01st July 2009 vide circular 430. As per the circulas 430 Table - 70, my revised pension becomes Rs. 9134 ( basic ) with 18 years of service.

        This is to inform you that the Finance Department, Jharkhand has sanctioned Rs. 300 P.M Medical Allowances w.e.f. 01/09/2008 vide letter no. v.pa/10-41/2001/103/Pension- dated 27.03.2010 to all pensioners.But the Medical Allowances has not been paid to the pensioner as per the above said order. It is therefore requested that kindly make the payment at the rate of Rs. 300 per month to the pensioners with arrears with effect from 01/02/2008.

        State Bank of India — Non receipt of Pension W.E.F-Aug 2008

        Sir,
        I, Rajendra singh Retired from Indian Navy on 31/07/2001 Vide LRDO- 07/2001Part-3 Sl. no. 69.and holding the Pension payment Order B/S/9/97/ 1656/ dt 21/06/2001. I was drawing my Pension through State Bank of India Agriculture Devlopment Branch- Jhinjhak, Dist- Kanpur- Dehat ( U.P ), up to July 2008 I was geting my Pension on regular Basis. Onward Aug 2008 my pension is not being Credited in our Bank Account.

        When, I given an written applicatin to Branch Manager, that why our Pension is not being credited in our Account. Than he told me, that your Pension File was dispatched to Pension central cell for SBI Allahabad. where your File has been missplaced / lost.and he has also given assurance to me that I, have made a letter to CDA ( Navy ) Mumbai for sending of new PPO.

        After 03 months later again I, mate to Bank Manager and also give written application for resolution of our Pension Payment. Till now i have submiited 04 in nos. application to branch manager, but we not found any Solution. Kindly investigate the matter and issue new PPO to our Bank. due to non receipt of Pension my children education is being suferred a lot. My Bank details are appended below.

        I am Defence Pensioner Ex Indian Navy. I retired on 31/01/1998 after 26.5 yrs service as MCPO-1 (Grp-A, Artificer Branch).My last corrigendum PPO is : CORR/09/97/B/S/03182/1999 dt 14/12/1999. I am drawing my pension from SBI Gonda Branch (UP).

        My Basic pension has still not been revised as per table 72 of GOI (MOD) letter No. PC10(1)/2009-D(Pen/Pol)dated 08th Mar. 2010 and Circular 430. As per table 72 of the letter my Basic pension should be Rs.12973.00 wef 01st July 2009 where as I am still being paid Basic pension of Rs.11005.00 only.

        I am also not getting revised medical allowance of Rs 300.00 per month applicable wef 01st Sep.2008 as I am non ECHS member. Prior to 6th pay commision I was getting Rs.100.00 per month as medical allowance.

        Please do the needfull to adjust my revised pension and medical allowance along with full arrears on priority.

        pension Payment Order No 08/14/b/12096/2012 . I am entitled for commutation
        and gratuty Amount around Nine lakhs and monthly pension around Rs 11000/ Pm
        2. Due to lack of administrative efficiency I am forced to have a sub standard
        day to day life as well as to bear a loss of around Rupees nine thousand per month
        at the simple interest of 12 % given by many mutual fund scheme .

        In view of the facts mentioned aboved kindly update my qualifying service from15yr 15 days to16yr 6month 15 days and change from group c (z) to group B (Y) and pay the arrears w.e.f. 1.7.2009.at the earlies accordingly.

          I have account in university branch, I applied for internet banking , and they given me user name password before 2 yrs. But they didn't start my internet services yet. I visited so many times but they always told, we need transactions over 50000 to 100000, In june 2010 again i visited to branch so they asked for an application request for internet banking services, i submit this request also, Now i am working and i need to online transfer the money to my parents, but upto now they didnot started internet banking on my account number.

              Non issue of IT statement after repeated request.

              I have taken home loan from SBI and paying the EMI without any due for the past 1 years. Everyyear i have to face a nightmare in getting the IT statement (request.

              I have taken home loan from SBI and paying the EMI without any due for the past 5 years. Everyyear i have to face a nightmare in getting the IT statement / interest certificate. I visit chennai- mount road branch ( 3rd floor ) and meet chief manager everytime after waiting for two or three days. They have niether online facility nor good response for the customer request.

              Day before yesterday, yesterday and today, i went there and getting no response from the people working below chief manager R SRIDHAR in mount road branch.

              Please treat this as complaint and resolve my issue.

Fully agree with the above complaint...Same with other branches also...Either the officers' are not aware of the calculations or they are not interested in doing the same...Such a small calculation..my God!!!...the way they fuss oevr it...Common dialogues are "Actually, we are short of staffs...I have to do this myself...", "The interest rates have not been ploaded...", "Actually I don't know how to do this, only the Chief Manager knows...But he is not here at present..."

              Why such a big organization is not able to cater to this small but highly important calculated note...Why this can't be made as online availability...like LIC receipts...

              Every year...as Mr Srinivasan says "Nightmare..." is the right word...

                I had sent request to CAMS on 15.12.10 for change of name & address due to marriage and also submitted attested xerox copies of marriage certificate and PAN card twice with a request to send my redemption cheque with correction in new name at my new address. I have been following it up since last one and half month and I am getting same reply from customer care that we have not received your original documents yet we can not process your request. I had lodged complaint against CAMS on 11.1.11 with Sushmita under complaint No [protected] then I follow up against on 18.1.11 I got the same answer from Ramakant again I called up today and talked to Higher authority Mr Rajan he told me he will look into the matter & I have to call him on 27.1.11. Now I am getting irritated by doing all this thing I want my redemption cheque at the earliest please help me.

                  Sir, I was enrolled in Indian Army on 30 Jan 69 and on completion of 31 years service released on 94. During service I was placed in low medical category in the case of heart and granted 20% disability. After release from Army PDA State Bank of India, Dwarahat has contineously paid me Rs. 380/- P.M. towards disability element. However on implementation of 6th cpc bank has stopped paying disability pension without any intimation. In this concern several requests have been made to bank as well as other authorities responsible for pension but the problem is still stand.According to sixth central pay commission my disability pension would have been fixed Rs. 860/-P.M with effect from 01 Jan 2006. According to present govt. rates of disability pension I am due for around Rs.35000/- towards arrears. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                    i applied for internet banking on june 12th 2009 IN KAVI NAGAR BRANCH GHAZIABAD (3279)...
                    .I received my userid and password on 15th june...

                    since then i have been hassessed by the kavi nagar branch[ghaziabad] people as against my multiple visits to the branch, it hasn't been activated yet...
                    ON ACCESSING THE SITE WITH THE SAME USERID AND PASSWORD I GET THE MESSAGE AS INVALID USERID PASSWORD.

                    At times the person incharge at the branch used to say system is down, at times he told me to come back and check tomorrow...

                    it is da worst service n customer response which i have seen in a bank...

                    .today was my 6th visit to the branch after the problem and the person incharge told me that nothing can be done before 1 week as the kit number is not getting accepted by the system...
                    I tried to lodge a complaint at the site itself but each time it says "Invalid account number or gives some other error".

                    Sir i study in shimla so have to get back to college next week and then wont be able to get the desired service, so i would urge u to look into the matter and get the things resolved as quickly as possible...

                    This is kapildev im having an SBI Savings account( Account No: [protected]) in Mettur Dam Branch, Tamil Nadu.I went to bank at 2:30 pm on 12-01-10, to activate my internet banking services. Firstly the SBI employees told me that they dont have internet banking form and asked me to come after 2 days. On the same day after 20 min. i taken internet banking form from internet and i tried to submit the form but they told me that they dont have the internet banking kit now and told me to come after 20 days. I told them that im working in Delhi and i cant come after 20 days, but they replied in very rough manner and at that time only few employees are in the Branch. My complain is that 1) Why they dont have sufficient amount of internet banking kit in stock? 2) Only few employees are at their desk at the working hours and most of them came late after their lunch 3) Why the SBI employees are behaving in rough manner to the customers?.

                    The undersigned is having following two Accounts in your Bank. Earlier I used to have
                    transaction rights for Third Party transfer etc but suddenly for the last two months the same has

                            SIR,
                            Mera Saving A/c ( [protected]) S.B.I Distric Centre Janakpuri, me hai. Is A/c me maine 6.1.2011 ko Rs.6000/- deposit kiye. Ye amount maine East Punjabi Bagh Branch ke kahane par ek SBI fanchaisies Eco Mr. Madhur Batra ke pass kiye. Uska CSP Code 10061246 hai. Lekin ye amount jab mujhe is ki bahut jarur a thi tab mujhe nhi mila. Jis ke karan mujhe lagbhag Rs.20000/- se Rs. 25000/- ka loss hua. Maine is amount ke apne A/c me na pahuchne ki complaint SBI bank ko bhi ki lekin Bank ne bhi is amount ko mere A/c tak pahuchane me bahut time laga diya. Jab ki maine SBI bank ko 3 complaint ki thi. Ye amount mere A/c me 21/1/2011 ko aaya hai. Ab chahta hu ki aap mera jo loss hua hai us ki us bhapai bank se karwa de to aap ki bahut meherbani hogi.

                              [Sorry for my english. pls help me!]

                              I've not done any withdraw/credit within my SBI (State Bank of India) account for 3 years and a month. My account has morethan Rs. 600 balance.

                              But, yesterday the bank told that my bank account was closed. and no balance. They have not had any notice to me about my account go to dormant/inactive. And bank manager/staff no responce/help me.

                              I searched the net, but I could not find a real solution. Please help me people. Your reply may help everyone who are in my situation.

                              I want to know:

                              1.) Is it correct and lawful? Are there any rules exist regarding this (dormant account period, notice the account holder, the right to close my account, ...)?

                              2.) Can I reactivate my account and get my balance back? If so, how is?

                              I'm waiting for your reply/suggesion.

                                In the month of December 2010, I got a call from one of the SBI Manager and he offered Life-time free card (i.e. No annual charges) and stated, this offer is only for Central-Government employees (as I am a central government employee working in Postal Department).

                                But once I accepted the offer and submitted the applicaiton accordingly, I got a bill for Rs.600 in the name of ANNUAL CHARGES...

                                I called the SBI customer care twice and conveyed the same and they are saying that my card is "CHARGABLE" and they raised complaint numbers

                                Each-time respectively.... But so far I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE from SBI-CARDS division.

                                  You have take out money immediately when it came out else it goes in.you have to inform the branch manager immediately and give a written complaint.they will verify the balance and credit the sum to your account if they found the same in balance.no need to worry for money but for the time they may take to verify the balance.hence go to bank and proceed as per their instructions.

                                    I have taken loan from State Bank of India, Modi Nagar, Ghaziabad. One loan was housing Loan and other Loan was Mortgage loan. Both the loan was paid by me in the month of July, 2009 and bank also issued me no due certificatee. But till date bank has not released my title deeds. I have taken up matter with every authority of SBI including Chairman, but no one responded my letters/ mail. One of the tiltle deeds belongs to my father which was given to bank as collateral security for the housing loan. My fatheer is under deep depression due to bank silence.

                                      On 10-Jan-2011 I went to SBI ATM and tried to withdraw 10000 rupees, at that time my a/c balance was 10376. On the first trial cash could not successfully withdraw, but when I chekd the balance later on I found that the 10000 rupees was debited from my a/c.
                                      I went to my SBI branch in SBI-HATA (KUSHINAGAR) there I gave them the written complaint and also I registered complain on SBI customer care on [protected] number. My complain number is AT[protected]. Today around 9 days have passed but still there is no response from the bank.
