Sir,
it is for your information that i am an inhabitant of Town-sarthebari Dist-Barpeta state-Assam pin- 781307.There is a SBI bank branch in our town and under this branch one SBI CSP center is located in my native place.This SBI CSP center is situated by the side of government hospital of sarthebari town.On 14 th September 2021 i went this CSP center to create my SBI saving account.I had submitted all necessary documents in this CSP center for my creation of saving account.At that time i got reference number from this CSP center.My reference number is[protected] that day my account number is not generated.When i asked to this CSP center " when my account will be generated " they replied that "After 3 days you will get a confirmation message from SBI official" 7 days have been passed but till now i am not getting this confirmation message from SBI official.what should i do now? now i have a question to the SBI official when my account will be generated?Why it taking time? please do needful immediately in my matter.

    Hi There,

    I have a loan account(Account number xxxxx394273) in SBI with auto-debit, but unfortunately, they are deducting the loan amount whenever they want and sometimes they don't deduct the EMI amount even I maintain the EMI amount in my account.
    I contacted them several times they just played around with my call then dropped my call.
    I tried to contact them in several ways but they didn't help me out and they deduct the penalty amount from another loan account even it's not my fault.

      Hi Team,
      My Aunt (Renu Gupta, Mob-[protected]) was provided a SBI credit card [protected] when she visited SBI rail bazar, Kanpur branch to operate her banking operations. She was informed that this is a life time free credit card and a lady representing herself as a bank official requested her to get that credit card which would help her to meet her target and due to human nature and sympathy my aunt got the credit card issued on her name which was shortly delivered to her address.
      My aunt is 58-year-old house wife who is not that much attentive to banking operations nor that much handy with the smart phone technology one day she received a physical credit card bill of amount 17K+ which was a shocking for her and for the whole family as she had never ever used that card. She immediately rushed to the branch where she was informed that these cases are taken care by the main branch which is there in Phol Bagh, Mall Road Kanpur, please visit there to get this issue resolve.
      My Aunt visited the main branch about 10-15 times and the officials there are just making her fool by saying that we have forwarded your complaint to the concern department and they are looking into it, once we will receive any update from them, we will let you know. This scenario is repeating for past 6 months as if I know.
      Request you to please look into it and help the poor old lady to get out of this pain.

          In the month of Rs. 14841 has been hold by sbi with acc on - [protected]. I called customer care several times and even visited branch several times. And they are telling the hold has been done in Mumbai branch( Ifsc 16209). Bank people gave mumbai branch number and mail Id but none are working. Customer care people arranged the call back and got a call, they told like hold will be removed within 2days but already 1month over. I visited bangalore branch but there is no proper response. I have small baby, I can't travel in this pandemic situation too. I'm getting mail like the hold has been resolved. Because of I'm getting many problems without this money.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              This is regarding my SBI card ending with 1205 registered on mobile no. [protected]. I have applied for the cancellation of the card three years back after my card was lost. However they didn’t close the card account and kept charging annual renewal fees without any card in existence. I have been paying renewal fees without any card in hand. When talked to the customer care they are asking for the payment of the charges before cancellation of the card and I am paying charges without card and usage and this is going on since last three years.

              Hence I request the company to reverse the charges paid for last three years and compensation of 10, 000 for wrongfully collecting charges without any card and causing mental harassment and it has affected my credit score causing irreversible damage to my reputation.

              This is the complaint no.[protected] registered with the SBI card company.

                I order from Amazon of Rs 862 in which Rs 14 has been refunded in my amazon pay account by 3 sept. But Rs 848 has not been refunded by expected date 8 September

                    I was ordered from the amazon 4 items, then after received the items was not good, then I returned to the amazon after that amazon Refund to me but didn't get my money then contacted to amazon customer care they shere me reference number

                    3rd amount 549 Ref no[protected]
                    4th amount 1199 Ref no[protected]
                    But still I didn't receive any refund plz help me
                    I am resisting complaint 2 nd time ..

                          I ordered four books of Rs 817/- from Amazon on 3rd September 2021 and amount had been paid while placing order(before delivery ).However three books had been cancel on same time by Amazon itself and only one book showing in order list(which I delivered already of Rs 260/-).Therefore Amazon showing they had refund the remaining amount Rs 557/- for cancel books but I did not get my refund in my account yet.

                              I got swipe machine started in February that is registered as Agrawal Electronics and Furniture and swipe machine's TID number is UP086553 and account number is [protected]. Due to some reasons I returned the machine on 20th July 2021. But qfter deactivating the machine, money continously deducting from my account.
                              So I want to refund my all money and also please deactivate this machine

                                I ordered a product named Dayzo Usb Type C 3.0 to Usb Type A Female OTG Adapter on August 30 2021, and cancelled the order on September 1 2021 and Amazon initiated my refund and said that expected credit date is September 2 2021, I Contacted Amazon Customer Service and they gave me RRN Number said to contact the bank.

                                Today is September 18 2021 I still not received my refund by the bank (SBI). Order ID :[protected]

                                    Recently on aug 11 i converted my bsnl sim from 3g to 4g.Later I activated my gpay account.From aug 15 my sbi account has been deducting with some amount.We are unnoticed about the transactions since we are not getting any otp or warning messages about transactions or debited amount messages to my registered mobile number.Till now I lost a total of Rs.56, 000/-
                                    Pleasee look into this issue.Its such a big amount we have lost.Please find the fraudsters to stop such further scams
