Dear Madam/Sir,

I Sri Binod Bihari Ranasingh S/o- Late Dayanidhi Ranasingh, reside Tikarapada, Puri town is a customer of SBI Station Bazar, Puri bearing SB A/c – [protected] presently working in Wipro Infotech. I need a personal loan against my salary and contacted Mr. Rudra Prasad Satapathy (local BM). He told me that you transfer your salary and bring the salary certificate to our bank then I provide the loan. As per his guidance I arranged my brother in law who is retired central Govt. employee and he has fixed deposit above 10 lacks in this bank agreed to guarantee and I transferred my salary account to this bank last three months. Then I contacted local BM he referred to field officer Mr. Gopal and he checked the necessary documents and told it’s OK. But the BM did not take it seriously, so continues going to the bank I am completely mentally harassment.
My complaint is that the BM’s behave is very rude and does not know how to behave the customers and their relatives. In comparatively Mr. Gopal (field officer) is a very nice person and never has he misguided the customer. I don’t need the loan and kindly take the strong action against the same.

sir we are terribly shocked to find that my saving bank account with your raiganj branch (0162) has been closed with a reason as reflected in my passbook as on 31st Dec 2008 on account of not maintaining minimum balance in the said account.

Details of account : [protected] in the joint name of myself Aloke kr Jha & my wife Kanika Jha.

Due to heavy professional engagements i could not have the pass book updated from time to time. we could only ascertain on 30/3/2009 that a sum of more than rs 2 lac 52 thaousand (adjactely 2,52,380.49) as on 17/3/2006 was debited from time to time and as on 30/6/2007 a balance of rs 151377.17 was left. In other words balance of rs.[protected] plus the interest suppose to be accumulated in this period is missing.

neither myself nor my wife has made the above withdrawals and yet we have to know even the details transactions of the period 17/3/2006 to 30/6/07.

last but least we have to yet understand the great banking system adapted by your bank and the system followed by your branch.

sir dont you feel that a caution letter in regards to so called not maintaining minimum balance could have been given to either o[censored]s (account holders). on the top i am a well known person in the town by virtue of my profession being a lawyer at least i could have been contacted by any of your customer of the said branch related to either legal field or trade and industries.

expecting your cooperation to find out adjactely what had happened to my precious money and to reverse all the debit entries which have been shown by your bank after a thoruogh enquiry.

ATM card Cancellation Ticket No : [protected] dtd[protected]

My ATM card has become defective due to wear and tear. The card has been blocked and ticket no. taken and given letter to SBI above branch on[protected]. Till today I have not got my new ATM card. Visited no. of tiems to SBI branch and infer they have not yet received the new card It is going to be 8 months for issue of replacement of card. It is very bad and unfortunate on the part of SBI towards customer satisfaction. Kindly help me to get the new ATM card immediately.

I AM JAISURYA NAIR FROM BHADOHI, I HVE SUBMITTED THE ATM FORM IN SBI BRACH BHADOHI ON 11TH OF SEPTEMBER..BUT TILL NOW NO INFORMATION ABOUT ATM.I SEVARAL TIME WENT TO SBI BANK,BUT NO RESPONSE.I ASKED ATLEAST CINFIRM ME THAT U AVE SENDED MY APPLICATION FORM OF ATM..NO RESPONSE.SIR PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW THAT MY ATM IS ON PROGRESS OR NOT.

R/si, I submittred my home loandocuments with all compulsory documents according to theirnorms on30/12/2008 asstt general manager RASMECCC/HL/HTL LOAN AC [protected]/Saving bank ac[protected] UJJAIN through SBI BUDHWARIYA BRANCH UJJAIN thery showed me that within 48 hours you will get home loan whole team harrased me and demanded me un useful letter like guranters afedavit that what ever documents you have given is correct while i put an application under RTI ACT they did not reply me but delayed my matter as much they can when i said to return my documents i shall get from another nationalised bank they did not give my documents because i have mortgaged my property in SBI after three months waiting i could get my 1st installments.they demanded4 blank cheques and 12 PDC which is against RBI Rule while i am drawing my salary from the SBI NAI SADAK BRANCH UJJAIN and gave under hand money thruogh bank advocate they did not give me recept of paid amount my complaint is that because of their delay in service i could not get myhome loan within time period and after feb09 local admistration bainned on constration due to heavy draught i have to payunwanted interest.due to their negliggency i have to pay extra interest i shall go in consumer court.I am consurmer activist &post holder of FEDRATION OF INDIAN CONSUMERS CO ORDINATORS Distt Presedent Ujjain Please look into the matter.ASHOK SAXENA C/294 VIVEKA NAND COLONY UJJAIN

I have applied for a SBI railway Credit Card in the name of of Ranjan Pradhan ( DOB - 17th June 1984). It was approved & also got a message that I will be delivered within 15 days. But still I am waiting before 2/3 months for such card. Kindly help me.
