Dear Sir,
My self Nishant Tripathi having salary account in SBI Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College campus branch Gorakhpur my Account No. is “[protected]”& ATM card number is “[protected]”. Sir I want to bring this in your kind information that I was trying to withdraw Rs. 20, 000/- Dated 06/04/09 with my SBI card from the ATM Machine o[censored]nion Bank Of India (located on Cant Thane road which comes under Union Bank Civil Court branch ) but the machine was unable to process so I did not get the cash but while checking the ministatement it shows deduction of Rs.20, 000/- from my account.
For the above said matter I made awritten complain in SBI M.M.M Emgg. College Branch Gorakhpur but till date the deducted amount is not credit in my account .
So I request you to kindly look into
the matter & help me out.

Dear Sir,

While using atm no (sbi[protected] on 04/11/10 at HDFC Bank ATM at IMT Manesar(HR) there was invalid transication of 2000/ at 11 AM but the amount was deduceted from account and i do not get money .
Again transication of 2000/ done on same date at 3PM from YES BANK GURGAON.

    Dear Sir- I have opened Current Account in State Bank Of India, Bhayander - West, Thane - 401101 in the month of Feb. 2007 in the name of M/s. Mahesh Motors. Total amount deposited was Rs. 50, 000.00
    The accont was operatinal till June 2007.Because of some unavoidable cicumstances, our Company was not functioning properly. I have kept the account open by keeping minimum amount of Rs. 10, 000 as advised by Bank. In Jan. 2009, when I tried to remove the balance amount, they told me that only
    rs 825 is balance on your account & rs. 9175 is deducted due to non operative of account for long time. I have told them, Bank had not send me any e-mail statement nither they have send any hard copy by post. Just for not operating for 1.5 year, how you are debitting rs. 9175 without any notice ? Their Chief Account Officer Mr. Rebello, had suggested me to visit again after 15 days, Whenever I try to see him, he always gives me some excuses, e.g. now audit is going on, come tomarrow. When I met Branch Manager, he had assured me to do some settelment in the month of April 09. On 18th April, again, when I met Mr. Rebello, he said, now reversing is impossible. When I threaten him to go to Consumer Forum, again he used the time killing tactice, come after 15 days. I want my money back with 14 % interest.

    your comment on sbi wrking system is true, sbi - bhy branch is a time eating process even for small transaction, services are very poor as if people ther go to withdraw banks money and not their wond deposit. keep patience, do well but dont leave them till u get your money back

    If you don't mind can you give me details about the account holder. I mean how long the account holder is there and what is holding and his transaction details. I know it is very difficult for you. But you know this is an international corrier company and they are delivering a parcel for me. But I don't know them. So, I am afraid I will lose money. If the draft will be taken and nothing they will give then surely it will be a loss for me. There are so many fake people are there. If you will find this person to be fake then you can tell me. My uncle is Commissioner and he will take action according to that. Please tell me about this person. I am in Banglore as an Healthcare BPO employee.

    If you can't then I will send someone to bank for the inquiry it may put you in problem, which I don't want. Please kindly help me for it.

    I want to open new a/c in SBI Bhayandar (west) branch. i have received new A/c Opening form. In branch SBI gives Personal Accident Policy but i have already Personal Accident Policy in other nationalized company. SBI can't open my a/c without
    Insurance policy. Please kindly help me for it. And he demanded Rs.1500/- for new a/c

    (Rs.1000/- for New a/c and Rs.500/- for Personal Accidental Policy)

      Sir,
      First i got atm of sbi account holding [protected] and it is facing technical problem, so the bankers suggested to apply new atm card by paying Rs200/- as they said i have done and again i got new card but the pin which i got is not working and saying same bug as technical problem, what can i do? No body in the bank is co-operating for my problem.

      my name is vamsi my ac no is [protected] & my card no is[protected] i forgotten my pin so applied for duplicate pin after 15 days the bank provided the pin but is not working and i contact the branch officers they said that all your details were correct but the given pin is not working i think if you can rectify this problem as early as possible branch code is 1009 and account holder name is grandhi yadu vamsi

        I had on 130309 submitted a letter intimating that the Savings a/c holder [protected], SK Datta Ray had expired on 050309 and that his Air Force pension be dicontinued.Further, that I as nominee registered with the Branch, be paid the balances available in his SB a/c and FDR a/c[protected]; that the Branch let me know of the formalities if any. The nominee reg.Nos recorded by the Branch are N/44/83/800 dt.190503 & N/42/396 dt 26062000.
        The Chief Manager accepted my letter after noting down my Telephone/Cell Nos. with an assurance that he would verify the records and get back to me within the next 3days. It was my 3rd visit to his Office and I had requested that since nominee stood registered at their end they should not take time.
        I have yet not received any telephonic call nor written advise from the Branch.

          I am being constantly harassed by SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt Ltd for Card due payment and hence it is causing me great distress.

          I had repeatedly mailed them my concerns regarding this Card Account and in spite of repeated requests of ‘timely’ account statements there have been many occasions where the account statement was not even delivered.

          Since we have not received the account statement in advance of the due date it is but natural to make late payments and any late fee charge is unwarranted. Please note that tracking a card account online is of least priority for me as I have other commitments and these concerns had been voiced well in advance when this card was in its operative stage.

          I have also communicated that if there is anything due to be paid apart from the below mentioned headings I will be more than glad to clear it. As per my understanding, there is nothing due apart from these unwarranted charges.

          FEE – Late Payment (EXCL GST 43.26)
          FINANCE CHARGES (EXCL GST 50.31)
          TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT

          However the company is still resorting to coercive measures and sending repeated notices for these unwarranted charges.

          Please find a scanned copy of the Demand Notice that I have recieved from R Narayanan & Associates on behalf of M/s SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt. Ltd.

          SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt. Ltd. — Harasment for fake dues

          Dear Sir,

          I have been receiving regular calls and emails for the FAKE pending dues against the SBI Cerdit Card bearing No.[protected]. I had explained so many times that no pending dues are applicable against me, please check your records carefully. If any, please provide me that valid proof or bills, but they keep on insisting to settle the matter.

          It is really frustrating and mental torture by these people, continue harasment for no reason. If they continue to haras than I have to take some stren action against these people.

            Myself Mrs.Hazel D'cruz is a Railway pensioner since 1996, PPO No WR/41818/489212 dtd 14/05/1996.At present I am having A/C No [protected] at State Bank of India Kabir Chowk Sabarmati Branch(1032).Brief of my case is as under:

            I was residing in Kerala and now I am residing at Ahmedabad accordingly I had submiited an application to SBI KANNUR branch(0822) for tansfer of saving & pension account to Ahmedabad Kabir Chowk Sabarmati Branch.At present my saving account has been transferred but my pension account has not been transferred.
            On the foremost I had approached the Manager of SBI Kabir Chowk branch to submit my life certifictae in the month of October-08 who did not tell me about the above problem.After several personal meetings and correspondences I was directed to meet the Asst Manager CPPC-Ahmedabad who then told me that my pension account has not been transferred from CPPC Trivandrum-Kerala to CPPC-Ahmedabad.Further it is to state that due to delay in above transaction I have not received my pension .Being a pensioner I am finding difficulty to manage, as such it is requested to please look into the matter and advice what has to be done in this case as no proper reply to my problem has been received till date.

              I am having saving bank account in State Bank of India, Antop Hill Branch, C-19/13-14, SBI Officer Quarter, Kane Nagar, Antop Hill, Mumbai – 400 037. Regarding transaction of Rs. 5000/- which is debited in my account as showing as withdrawn from ATM at GHOD NADHI, SHIRUR, PUNE. But I don’t have any idea about this transaction I never gone there and never no about this place. As well as I am keeping my ATM card always with me only and no body know the password of the ATM. I have submitted to Antop Hill Branch 1st letter dtd.24th January 2009 & reminder letter dtd.27th January 2009. But Till date I have not received single response from the branch.

              It was 3rd of August 2009 at 8:3 PM when I went to Haridwar, Uttrakhand ATM BAHADRABAD to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2000/- from SBI BANK ATM CARD In spite of applying the whole process of withdrawing the money from ATM I was not been able to get the amount from there. But the most strange thing happened with me is that the same amount was debited from my account.
              You are requested to kindly consider this matter and give me a feedback at the earliest.

              I tried to withdraw money from Union bank ATM from my SBI atm card. due to some technical problem the transaction was declined . I tried twice for amount 16000 and 9000 and both transaction got declined. but amount has been deducted from my account. Please resolve my issue.

                Respected Sir,

                I am mayank goyal.3.5 month before I lost my debit card of SBI, at the same day I was blocked that.I went to my branch to reissue my ATM card . 26th of march they send my card by speed post to my address. As SBI Call centre, In absence of me, that post was returned.But now nobody know that where is my ATM card/speed post. When I call to My branch they reffered me to call centre, and If I call to call centre they reffered me to branch and speed post department.

                So my request is please tell me that what should I do, please do something.

[protected] and informed that 15 days time to be taken for all this process, I am not happy the way of SBI being a reponsible company/ bank.

Just two or three days before one packet has been received at my residence containing a Wrist Watch and some tour discount offer. Earlier seven or ten days back one call from your office was received at my mobile no [protected], a caller from your office had told me that there is an free offer have been sanctioned for me and one wrist watch and some discount offer for tour. Surprisingly one sms message have been received at my mobile on 18.3.2010 viewing an amount due of Rs 6618.37 for the cost of the wrist watch. I am sorry to say that there is some misunderstanding have been occured at the time of conversation between me and the caller of your organisation. At present neither i am not in a position to pay this amount nor i want this wrist watch. Kindly tell me how can i return this wrist watch, I am ready to pay the postal charges spent by your office.                       Regards.
                      I am using two credit cards one belongs to SBI ([protected]) and another to HDFC( [protected]). On 17th Feb, 2009 I had received a call from one of your executive for the balance transfer from my SBI credit Crad to any other Credit Card. As per her words i had given the permission for transfering the amount of Rs. 9000 on my another Card that is of HDFC. After that i was not aware that whether i will receive any cheque or it will directly transfer from bank to bank.A month later we had called up on customer care of SBI for the clarification on the same as i have received any thing neither on my postal address nor in my HDFC Credit Card Account. But yes I was charged for the same in my SBI Credit Card Statement. It shows that there was a transaction of Balance Transfer on 17th Feb for Rs 9266. we had given call to customer care also but till date we have not recived any useful information from them. every time they use to say that we are in process of reissuing the cheque. to you.

                      So, therefore i am requesting you to please look into the matter and help me out because I had been charged for late payment, ineterest etc.

                      Sir,

                      I thought since SBI is a government organisation it deals with morality, maturity and reliably. Hence I applied for the card. Recently I got my card. But password for the same which is supposed to come within 10 days as per their covering letter is yet to come. Already fortnight is completed. Surprisingly, even before I could get my password I have received the sms for joining fee.

                      My expectations about quality of service vanished when I recd sms and now after reading so many complaints I am quite afraid whether to continue with sbi card.

                          i am a customer of SBI thattathumala branch, kilimanoor, india.i am having a account and ppf account with this bank.in my ppf account already having more than 2 laks ruppes.i approched the bank to give me a personel loan.the manager is saying sbi is not giving any personel loan.i see in the sbi website that sbi is giving personel loan.if the bank website says its giving why the bank refused to give me the personel loan.

                          Applied for SBI personal loan in SBI Link road branch, cuttack on 06.02.09, but did not receive any communique from bank regarding status of my loan application as on 05.04.09.

                          dear sir ,
                          sbi barbil branch loan officer is saying that they are not giving personal loan right now as per sbi instruction , also not a particular date when they will give. i have a salary account in sbi barbil branch.
                          Dear sir,

                          I am a govt. employee and I have salary account in SBI, Sector-30, Chandigarh from a period of 32 years. Within the period I had taken personal loans as well as car loans from the Bank but the loan's EMI repayments had never been interrupted. A few days back, in the month of May 2013, I had need to take Home loan from the same Bank, the new official deputed to the loan department refused me to give the home loan, because, I will retire from my service on 31 May 2015. Instead of this, LIC Housing Finance offered me the home loan facility. In the next instant, I needed for the personal loan of Rs.2.00 lakh for the marriage of my son, but I was again refused by the same Bank Employee. I need SBI Personal Loan urgently. So, you are requested to kindly take the necessary action at earliest.

                                I holding an Saving account at Kangayampalam, Airforce Station Brance Coimbatore. I deposited my cheque at Sulur branch for transfer for 2, 00, 000/-(Deposited cheque bears the same brance - Sulur) and amount of Rs 200/- has been debited in my savings account for Bank Intercity charges towards transfer.
                                I would like is this a right procedure to deduct Rs 200/- just for a cheque transfer of same bank.

                                  I am Mahadevi Ramappa Patil (W/O Late Shri Ramappa Bhimappa Patil, Ex Havildar –ORA died on 15th October 2004 due to heart attack. He was drawing pension from State Bank of India, Branch Code 5620, JALAPIR ROAD, RAIBAG, Karnataka.
                                  1. I requested for family pension to AMC, Lucknow intimating my husband’s demise and I was been sanctioned family pension and pension started getting credited to my account since Nov 2004.
                                  2. My mother in law (Parvati Bhimappa Patil) filed a court case (Temporary Injunction) to obtain share from my husband’s income. Due to which bank did not pay me the balance amount available in my husband’s SB account. And still it is with the bank only.
                                  3. Every year in the month of Sep /or Oct /or Nov I have been submitting the LIFE CERTIFICATE TO BRANCH.
                                  4. On Dec 20, 2008 Court ordered that Temporary Injunction on Pension is vacated completely.
                                  5. On 01 January 2009, I went to the bank and submitted a request letter to bank with Original Court Order for releasing the pension at the earliest. I and my two children are starving as this is the only source of income.
                                  6. I followed up with Raibag branch after 20 days about the pension status, they said they have sent the pension papers and file to CPPC Office, Bangalore.
                                  7. I kept following up with Raibag branch again every week asking the pension status, they said ‘we have not heard anything from CPPC Office, Bangalore.’
                                  8. I went personally to CPPC Office, Bangalore; they informed me that they have not received any pension papers or file related to me from Raibag branch.
                                  9. I informed the same to Raibag branch, and kept requesting for doing the needful for me. I visited the branch personally and told that CPPC Bangalore office has not received any file related to my pension.
                                  10. Raibag Branch Manager asked me to contact Army Pension head office and ask to release the pension.
                                  11. I contacted Army Pension Office, Allahabad – they told me that they have not stopped the pension from their end. They asked me to contact the concern SBI Branch only. Army Pension Officer wrote a letter to SBI, Raibag branch Manager asking why the pension has been stopped which also went unanswered by the branch manger.
                                  12. Branch Manager, Raibag asked me to co-operate till year end work get over. I extended my full co-operation to the branch manger. And after the year end I contacted the branch again and asked about the status. I got only one answer till 15th April 2009 that we are looking into the problem.
                                  13. I contacted the Raibag, Branch again on 20th April 2009, I was told that Pension File is missing and they also do not have the copy.

                                  I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH LIFE WITHOUT ANY INCOME SINCE 2004. NOW AFTER 4.5 YEARS COURT HAS RELEASE MY PENSION, STATE BANK IS NOT RELEASING MY PENSION. STATE BANK OF INDIA, RAIBAG IS NOT EVEN GIVING ME EXACT INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE AND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.
                                  I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA, CPPC BANGALORE, SINCE 01 JANUARY 2009. HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVE THIS?
                                  I HAVE BEEN SUBMITTING THE LIFE CERTIFICATE TO THE BANK EVERY YEAR. DUE TO THIS STOPPAGE OF FAMILY PENSION I AM FACING FINANCIAL CRISIS. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN TO LOOK AFTER.
                                  I HAVE SPOKEN TO ARMY RECORDS OFFICE, THEY SAY THAT WE HAVE NOT STOPPED THIS PENSION. THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO CONTACT STATE BANK ONLY.
                                  I have written complaint before also, but I could not get any response. Please let me know why my family pension is stopped. Please do the needful and release the pension.
                                  I beg you to help me to get my pension and do the needful at the earliest. I will be grateful to you in this regard.

                                  I am a custmoer and pensioner of Army Corps of Signals.
                                  I was getting pension from my banker ie. Mothi Bagh, Anand Niketan Branch very smoothly.
                                  Due to latest policy of SBI that all pension settlements will be done at SBI Chandani Chowk Delhi itself is not feasible and thats why all the pensioner throughout India is reporting to this branch. Which creates delay as well corruption of money through agents for settlement of the pension cases.

                                  I received revised PPO No S/CORR/135521/2009 (ARMY) on 25 Jul 2009 and my original PPO No is S/020218/2006 and my bank A/C No is [protected].

                                  As on date the amount against Commutation and Gratuity not yet credited to my account neither arrears of pension is given.

                                  Inspite of repeated reminder and personal visit to my bank, my banker asking to go to Chandni Chowk branch and settle your case. we have no business now.

                                  Mr JS Chawla so appointed to see the matter at Chandni Chowk was asking for the deposition of original revised PPO so received while they also have the orignal with him but he has no time to search the mail.

                                  The loss of interest against my PPO should be bearwith SBI and it it requested that early credit of my account.

                                    i am holding an salary A/c @ tiruvallur branch, unfortunately i lost my card and applied for a new one i walked to the branch and i submitted the application for new card before 7 months, and i called customer care to know the status but they told that there was no request, i went to the branch and told the info what the customer care people told me.
                                    For that they told me to submit the form again within this 7 months period i submitted the form 4 times the last time i talked to BM regarding this he told that i will take care of this issue, till now it was not taken care.
                                    Please consider this as an serious issue and help in getting the new card.

                                      My account No [protected] in SBI/Gaigalapadu branch(near kakinada in Andhra Pradesh).On[protected] Rs.200 was deducted from my account towards annual maintenance of ATM cards @ of Rs.50 per card. Actually I possessed only two cards which I received in NOv.2006 duly surrendering old cards . But the charges are collected for the cards which were surrendered to your bank and last year also same thing was happened.
                                      Please to rectify the fault and see that the same is not repeated again and also arrange to remit the the debited amount in to my account

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have the above referred Current Bank Account in the name of my proprietorship company namely M/s. Z & Z Associates and I am the undersigned proprietor of this company.
                                        Recently, I have gone through the bank statement of the aforesaid account and it has come to knowledge that your goodself have charged Rs. 550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) for Account Keeping Fees and Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for Minimum Balance Charges, although I have kept sufficient balance in the said account till[protected]. The Minimum balance was reduced as you people have charges Rs. 550/- for Account Keeping fees on[protected] that too without my knowledge, although I have maintained the balance by depositing Rs. 500/- on[protected].
                                        I have maintained the required balance in my aforesaid account even your bank has charged Rs. 1000/- for Minimum Balance Charges, which is exorbitant and is on very higher side and not at all acceptable. Whenever there is huge balance maintained in Current bank accounts banks are not give any kind of interest or benefits to the account holders, whereas due to the slaps in maintaining the balance in current banks are charging heavy charges to the customer which totally unfair and un-genuine in nature. I think RBI has not defined any criteria for such charges and conditions/circumstances that when this kind of charges should be imposed, thus I request you, RBI and Banking Ombudsman look in to this matter and stop playing common public.
                                        Therefore you are requested to reverse this Charge and Credit my account with Rs. 1000/- at the earliest, otherwise I have to purse this matter with higher authorities, because the minimum balance was reduced due to Account Keeping Fees Charged by your bank on[protected], with out any notice to account holder.

                                        I hope and do trust that your goodself will look into this matter and will do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
