Dear Sir,

I had applied a housing loan from SBI, NAL branch bangalore in Feb 2009. I did all the verifications done, attached all the documents they asked and they were satisfied with the documents. Even though there was no way of getting the status update, I tried in whatever way I could. They kept on saying that it is under process always. Now after 3 months they say that my applications has been rejected due to ineligibility. This is very wierd and stupid as there is no way it can be as my and my wife's income together makes a good amount, much more than the eligibilty. Also please note that the application is taken only after checking the eligibilty. They are also not able to explain what the ineligibilty is. Now we are facing severe problems as we had alrady paid a good amount as advance to the builder. How can we trust these nationalised banks and their service. It is really horrible and very downgraded.

Dear Sir,

Even though there was no way of getting the status update, I tried in whatever way I could. They kept on saying that it is under process always. Now after 3 months they say that my applications has been rejected due to non verfication of address on which we reside, Me and My brother both work in software industries so it will be sure that on weekdays no one will be at home, we presented our rent contract and all the proofs then to they are not satisfied. This is very weird and stupid as there is no way it can be as my and my brother's income together makes a good amount, much more than the eligibilty. . They are also not able to explain what the ineligibilty is. Now we are facing severe problems as we had alrady paid a good amount as advance to the builder. How can we trust these nationalised banks and their service. It is really horrible and very downgraded.

    Dear sir, my SBI card no is [protected].I am not in receipt of the monthly statement regularly.The payment cheques dropped in drop box of the company is also not being collected properly.

    My complaint is the regular one about the SBI Credit card. No monthly statements by post or through email ever, except when I complaint about it. But they are sending messages regarding their mega offers through all means, ie, postal, email, sms and through mobile phone! They will also acknowledge recipt of the check only after five or six days after depositing the same in their SBI box. But they are prompt in one thing though: they sent me my renewed credit card (without my consent at all) more than five weeks before the expiry month. I am trying to register with sbicard website for the last two days, but to no avail. Anyway, I am going to get rid of it this month. Even the thought makes my BP down and feels me releived of the trauma.

    however I have informed my new address in sep 2008 itself, there was no change in sending my bill
    however the lucky coupon has reached me to my new address without fail, and for these two
    months u have also made a penaltly of rs 350 for each month, and sent the bill on nov 2008, again
    for the dec 2008 i have not received the bill till date i.e., 11/01/2009, what is the problem in sending
    the bill in time kindly do the needful.

    Inspite of repeated reminders and giving my email ID. My account statement is not being sent. except that an SMS is sent that your statement has been sent on mail ID. WHICH IS A FALSE statement.     for many months, i am subscriber of your E-statement. for this month of May, 2009 I did not receive the e-statement (Due on 10th june). please forward the same urgently

      I wanted to check my balance through my sbi atm card.I used dena bank atm in rt nagar, bangalore to check it but the card was taken away by the machine and asked me to contact the bank.I contacted dena bank and they asked me to write a letter abount the incident and told me that they would send my card to the sbi rt nagar directly and i should collect it from their.Is it possible that my card can be misused?

        I have Savings Bank Account with State Bank Of India, Defence Colony Secunderabad . My S.B A/C No, is [protected] . on 26.04.2009 I went to draw an amount of Rs. 10, 000 at ORIENTAL BAK OF COMMERCE ATM at Prashantnagar, Uppal when I tried for the first time the transaction in ATM could not got completed and the screen became blank and no cash came out . Hence I tried for the second time then I received a cash of Rs.10, 000. When I checked my account on 05.05.2009 it was found that there are two withdrawal entries of Rs.10, 000 each on 26.04.2009. that is Rs.20, 000 whereas I have drawn only Rs.10, 000. so the transaction of OBC (oriental Bank Of Commerce ) is to be verified from SBI side and the Amount of Rs.10, 000 whcih is debited from my account to be credited back to my S.B account .

          I Kashi Nath Choudhury a Govt Employee having SBI account([protected]) with koyla nagar branch, Dhanbad Jharkhand-826005, has applied loan for land and house building purpose dt:10.02.09 from my above said branch.I had paid Rs.2650 on 02.03.09 for Bank processing fee and Lawyer fee/charges.
          Now my aggrement period is over (, 07.02.09 to 07.05.09) till date either any written information has been recevied by the undersigned for availing the loan.Please may kindly enquire and give me a suitable justice to avoid any other disputes in future.

            Dear Sir,
            I have deposited cheque on 4/4/2009 in SAKI NAKA BRANCH OF STATE BANK OF INDIA .cheque was issued on STANDARD CHARTERED BANK New Delhi. after repeated visit to branch of SBI in saki naka Mumbai. they have confusion STANDARD CHARTERED BANK has honored my chq on 22/04/2009. But SBI service branch in Delhi has cleared wrong amount so my Saki Naka Branch are not able to give credit or they are not able to make any clarification or contact their service branch in Delhi. If we make mistake bank charges us penalty . If they make mistake whom should we approach . my Saving account No. [protected]. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

            Dear Sir,
              I had applied for transfer of Loan from reputed bank to SBI and I had given relevant documents to Sales representative of Sakinaka branch (Mr pavan Patil ) -email id pavan.[protected]@sbi.co.in.
            With great displeasure we have to say that service provided by SBI is poorest as compared to other bank.
             It’s almost a year taken by you people to transfer a loan from one known bank to SBI.
            If it would have been application of new loan we could have understand that verification and other process would have taken time. But surely not a year. 
            If this is the case, please make sure that your costumer s being informed so that he can take a necessary action.  
            We had reduced the tenure from 20 yrs (which was in ICICI) to 5 yrs in SBI.
             Please also take into consideration emotion/planning and views of your costumer.
             Out of this five year almost one year is gone and still we are in the process of loan transfer only.
             Please let me know if loan transfer is possible and if yes please provide us with definite time frame required by you. So that we can take necessary steps ahead.
             At least expecting early reply.

              Hi,
              I have a saving a/c with SBI, koratapadu, guntur
              I try to take money from SBI account through ICICI ATM SAI NAGAR, ANANTHAPURAM.But money didn't came .Then I tried again But same thing happened again So I checked my balance in online Then seen 10000/- deducted from account.I don't know why this thing happened .
              I have complained regarding the issue in bank where I have the account SBI, koratapadu, guntur. And i sent written complaint also. Now I am waiting for money .No information from SBI. Also no money has been credited in my account till now.
              I am very much disappointed of such careless and in efficient services rendered by SBI.

              SBI ATM — SBI ATM ITSELF TOOK MONY

              Hi,
              I try to take money from SBI account through HDFC ATM bangalore ramamurthy nager .But mony didn't came and I seen message timeout and card came out.Then I tried again But same thing happend again So I checked my balance in online Then seen 10000/- deduted from account.I don't know why this tyhing happend .Then I informed to sbi and put mail and send written complanint but now I am waiting for mony and finished 34 days .No information from SBI.

              this is to bring to your kind notice that, I went to withdraw money from Indore stn. ATM on 2nd feb 2010,
              the incident took place that the ATM was finished with 100 rupees note and only 1000 note were left.
              when i gave the command to withdraw my mony than i did not received the money but money got debited from my account which was strange to me. the slip details are as follows.

                Sir,

                My SBI CARD validation period was expired on Feb 09. In the Month of April i got renewal card subject to payment of Renwal fees of Rs. 750=00. When I am taking this card one your marketing agents told me that there is no annual fees for three years. In this context, neither i used this renewal card nor i didn't pay annual fees of Rs. 750=00. Recently I got monthly statement of rs 937.84 including penality for nonreceipt of renewal fees. I would like to know before sending the bills is not your responsibility that whether the card is operational or not.

                In this connection i am regret to inform you that i would like to cancel SBI CARD with immediate effect . I don't want to renewal SBI CARD.

                  Even after my several reminders to State Bank of India ( the most Pathetic Bank in India ), I am still receiving threat calls and recovery cell people are regularly coming to my house and demanding to pay the outstanding amount or face the consequences.I have already made the payments against which I have received the NOC as well in 2007 . I have clear all my dues as mentioned in NOC but even after submitting the NOC to SBI, recovery cell are coming to my home or giving me threats . I really have enough of it . Even today a person came ( in my absence ) and asked my family members to pay the outstanding bill of Rs 10, 000 .
                  I don't what needs to be done as no one is ready to listen . I believe, i did a blunder as I opted for SBI credit card .
                  Please help us as me and my family members are in great pain .

                      Sir, I am a permanent employee of Birla Organisation and having acoount with SBI Gadchandur Branch of Chandrapur Dist of Maharastra, since last 22 years.
                      I am availing Home loan from SBi .Earlier I had take a car loan in 2007 of 3 lacs and cleared it in April 2009. Now I wish to avail another Car loan of 3.5 lacs for new car but Sbi is insisting for SBI life insurance policy along with the car loan which I am not interested since earlier I had taken SBi life but since the car loan is cleared in 2 years it was of no use.
                      Branch Manager says loan can only be given if SBI life policy is taken or otherwise My LIC policy in original is to be submitted.
                      I am not getting any cooperation from the Bank authority. Therefore please confirm fi these are necessary for availing Loan

                      Dear Sir,
                      For Car Loan purpose you dont require to open an account with SBI. You need to submit the duplicaate premium receipt of LIC Insurance Policy. Apart from that your form 16 and salary slips, address proof, photograph, last qualifying examination mark list, PAN Card, DOB certificate along with your 6 months bank statement is enough.

                        I used State Bank of India Debit card to draw money thru ICICI ATM CENTRE (ICICI Bank ATM,

                        IBSL, Ground floor, Supertech Icon, VijayKhand, Indirapuram Ghaziabad UP )

                        Dear sir.
                        I was holding a credit card of your bank having s.no- [protected] issued from Pune on which all the dues wee finally cleared on 18/06/07.with a request to close the credit card and has been destroyed by me and not used thereafter.However the dues against the card are still reflected. The final dues aare cleared after taking confirmation from your bank manager Mr Madwe located in Pune. You are requested to pl settle the dues reflected erreneously against the above card at the earliest please.

                        SBI — Money not credit to savings bank account

                        My account no.[protected] has not been credit by the required amount vide cheque no.673624 which was cleared on 5/5/2008. Even though the bank accepts the cheque been cleared, it has not credited the amount till 8/6/2008 (which is more than a month's time).
                        Now, who will bear the mental agony and the pain undergone the same and will I be compensated in any manner for a folly from SBI's side?

                        i activated internet banking for my account by ATM and get the enquiry rights, further i submit an application in my branch and get my transaction rights activated. for secure transaction i have to enable high security, for this i have to enter my mobile number. but when i registered my mobile number on the site i get a message that it should be approved by the branch. for this i have to submit an application in my branch. i am using this account from last 3 yrs. presently i am using a different mobile number. i want to know that on how much extent it is feasible that a persons will go again and again to the branch which is 20 kms. away for submit these applications and how will the person sitting there will approve my mobile number. also they are not ready to accept the fax copy of the application. when the branches are connected by internet with each other then why can't we submit these applications in other branches.
                        SBI has started charges for depositing cash money/cheque in their core branches without any prior information.

                        Sir,
                        I am Capt Mitaksh, posted in Jammu.My original account is from SBI Ridge Road, Jabalpur (Acc no [protected]). On 2nd April around 07:50 pm i had gone to market( Parade ground market).There was no SBI ATM there so i went to JK bank(Link Road branch) ATM to withdraw 10, 000 Rs.When I put my SBI card to withdraw the money it asked me my pin code which I entered correctly, then it asked me the amount to be withdrawn, which I wrote 10, 000 Rs.After that some processing sound came but no money/mini statement came out.
                        Later on when I went to SBI ATM in Gandhinagar, Jammu and took out the mini statement, I was shocked to see that 10, 000 Rs have been debited.Then I wrote a complaint letter to SBI Ridge Road, Jabalpur, & SBI Gandhinagar, Jammu and JK Bank Link road, Jammu.
                        Almost 12 days are over and no action has been taken uptill now.
                        May I kindly request you to look into this matter and give me the present status of the case. An early action is requested please.

                        SBI — Wrong Debit Transcation

                        I am an NRE Savings A/C holder of SBI Kannur Branch (Kerala). On 21st Dec 2008 there are two wrong debit transactions on my account. Since 31st December I'm asking to the SBI branch about this amount. Untill now they didn't give any answer. The transaction shows as ATM Withdrawel at a same day two times with the amount as around Rs2699.36 and 696.96.(The amount may not be exactly). If you need it I'm ready to produce with the account statement at any time.
                        Then also I have ATM card but since two years I'm not using this one and the card was used only at one ATM at the same branch of the bank before two years. Many times I called the branch and asked about this transaction by phone and directly, but they couldn't tell even the location also. Since that I''m not using the account because of afraid of lossing money.Then the branch deducted all my money charging as low balance.
                        So please do something for me regarding this matter.

                        I having my savings as well as salary account in SBI Bangalore(Hennagara Branch). On 16 of February I went to withdraw Rs.1400. I apllied the pin no in ATM Near BTM Layout(Bangalore) that was Mysore bank ATM. The ATM showed the transaction is processing but I waited for five minute money wasn't come. Further I called customer care and I gave written complaint to my branch. There is no use. Yet i have not credited my Account by 1400. As a low class people I have very much financial strugles I only know the value of 1400 how impotant it is. If you help me in this regard I'll be very thank ful to you.

                        State Bank of India — DD not credited to savings bank account

                        A sum of Rs 35, 000 was deposited in SB account No.[protected] vide DD No 524713 (Allahabad Bank) on 12 June 2009. The account has still not been credited as on 18 June 2009. Customer Care has simply allotted a ticket (393832) for the complaint. Can the bank be penalised for such lapses?

                        I am Thangaraj from chennai, i am working in one of the major IT companies, i wanted to raise a complaint on "SBI Bank Manager, Nandambakkam, porur, Chennai 116, i happen to have this horrible experience when i saw few of the workers bypassing the Token system and making other customers to wait for 3 Hrs. i rushed to the manager to complain regarding this. but the manager instead of answering my questions started using foul language and started harassing me in front of more than 100 people.

                        I agree 100% on the views. I think in SBI from Chairman up to the lowest level officer behaves in the irritating way; may be because of the job security! I have very dirty experience in dealing with M.S.Verma as the chairman of IDBI bank. He was chaiman of SBI. He was appointed as IDBI chairman by his classmate Yashwant Sinha, the ex-minister. I was the CTO of the bank. I will not tell the complete storey, but I will say that because of this i had to leave IDBI bank; the bank which was set up by me as 2nd employee. After all he is from a state which is already known for such activities. Only sad part is that such guys they come to MUMBAI to disturb local population. Bad luck!!!

                        I am Vijay Pawar working with Pvt firm as Electrical Engineer. I was going to SBI Bank Wagle Estate Branch for Account opening on 10th June 2010 with taking one Photo Copy of my Passport with original one & 2 recent Photo graph which is need for Account opening in Bank.

                        Mr. Sawant is sitting in the Account Opening Department & behind him one lady is siting I don't know her name, both of them attitude toward the customer is not good both of them don't have working manners. Submission time for account opening form is 10 am to 12 pm but they are close this before 15 min of cutoff time. I was filled the form with attaching necessary document before 12pm but they are not accepted & giving me stupid reason that form accepting time is over still 10-15 min is remaining. I request them that I take aleave for this please kindly accepted the form but they didn't listen anything. At that time I feel that they are FIT for this goverment job. Kindly please tell me if I submit my Passport photo copy with form then you want any other proof for the information because no other bank asked me for another proof after submitting the pass port photo copy.

                        I never face such kind of bad experience when I was opening the account in Axis Bank, ICICI Bank even one Schedule TJSB Bank. In this bank the Employee is very helpful.

                        So, Please take a necessary action against them otherwise most of the your customer will go to another bank. Now I make a mind that I will never open the account in SBI bank.

                        I have received my ATM Card for above referred A/C No. and was advised to collect the ATM Pin code from the concerned Branch.

                        On visiting branch on 13.05.2011 the concerned officer Mr. Gupta flatly refused to give the PIN with the statement “tera pin code abhi nahi aaya hai”. On my second visit to the Branch on 19.05.2011 the same Mr. Gupta said “dhoond le apna naam register main, aur sign kar de”. On my signing on the register he said “abe tere to sign hi nahi milte.” I shown my Passbook, PAN Card, Voter I. Card, DL also but he did listened to me.

                        To see, mismatch in my signature I issued cheque no. 458202 to my brother on the next day and the same was cleared on 21.05.2011.

                        I have following queries from SBI branch.

                        1. If my sign does not match with your records, how my cheque was cleared?
                        2. If any fraud person try to collect PIN from the Branch, why Police is not called on the spot to catch the person?

                        Your good self may visit the Karawal Nagar Branch any time and see the rude and rough behavior of said Mr. Gupta. He treats customers as animals.

                        My final request is to send my PIN code through Govt. Speed/Registered Post. And charges if any may be deducted from my SB A/c.

                        Hi,

                        I realized recently that the account with SBI which I was using had some issues and I was not able to use the ATM Card given all of a sudden. This issue was highlighted immediately to Mother Branch and they responded stating that I need to get there in person to get the issue resolved.

                        When I tried checking with the contact centre today, they confirmed that the account was not in my name (But somebody else's name) and hence could not help me in any form.

                        I want the status on this, as I had used this account information for my PF amount remittance. My PF money has already been settled. Does this mean that my money has gone to the current A/C holders account???

                        If the account status is inactive - Then why was I, as a customer not intimated about this? Pls clarify!

                        Pls help as this money is not a small sum. I am however visiting the mother branch tomorrow, but thought to drop a note assuming this would help as well.

                        I hold a savings account with SBI Chinmaya Nagar Branch and my account number is [protected]

                        I had availed gold loan for Two lakhs for which the interest has to be debited on 28th of april.But the same has been debited on 23rd itself.

                        Without my knowledge the bank has debited the amount and due to fund reduction, a cheque which was issued to a third party had bounced and charges has been deducted.

                        When i had approached the Bank on this mistake, they did not respond properly and the employee apologised and said sorry for the wrong dated debit.

                        Need an explanation for the same from the concerned person or am sorry to say that i need to take this up legally.

                          If you opened in SBI Securities, you will find the trading client id in your account Trading A/c ESIxxxxx like, then follow the following proceedures:-

                          To obtain a new password kindly click on "Forgot Password" link under the log in box on the web page to obtain a new password and proceed with trading.Once you do so a pop up window will be initiated which will ask you for your client code, pan card no and 16 digit demat account no.

                          Please type in your client code, Pan Card no and the 16 digit demat account no and click on the submit button.Another page will pop up indicating that your request has been received. The new passwords will be immediately mailed out to the email address registered with us at the time the account was opened

                          Please disable your Pop up Blocker from your system and then use the facility of Forgot password.

                          1.SBICAPSEC.COM use different terminology for password, username. Sometime they ask you to enter username, at other times customer code and yet other place they ask you to use client code or customer id. It is all very confusing. I request them to standardised their terminology so that users are not put to unnecessary harrasement.

                          2.They advise to use only explorer for trading etc. while other browsers are much more user friendly.

                            Money withdrawn from ICICI Bank ATM, IBSL, Ground floor, Supertech Icon, VijayKhand, Indirapuram Ghaziabad UP
                            ATM didnt come amount but amount deducted from account
                            I went to withdraw money from ICICI Bank ATM, I entered
                            2000 as withdrawal amount but when the transcaction was over i recieved a

                                First of all I have to write few lines about SBI card which is major headache for me.
                                I have to give an amount 6283.00 on 21 April 2009 according to monthly statement of 1st april against my card [protected]. Therefore I dropped a cheque No 019383 Bank of India (Abhoypur branch) dated 20th april 2009 of amount 6283 on 13th April at SBI Guwahati branch.
                                But the above said amount was not debited from my account till 24th of april. That is why I call SBI card help line on 25 th april. Some o[censored]r office personal informed me that the cheque given by me was a out station cheque that is why I was charged of Rs 300 and Rs 350 for late fee and dishonour of cheque. The office personal adviced me that you have to give a fresh cheque immediately of Rs 6283 on 27th of april otherwise you will have to pay the late fee and charged for dishonour. The previous cheque will be given back within a short time.
                                Then on 27th April I was again dropped a fresh cheque No 019384 Bank of India (Abhoypur branch) dated 27th april 2009 of amount 6283 at SBI IIT branch. And this cheque was cleared on 29th april 2009 . Simultaneously the previous cheque was also cleared on 30th april.

                                If you see the payment history then it will be seen that all the payment are from the same bank having the serial of cheque numbers. There is no question o[censored]NBANKABLE INVALID FEE as mentioned in the statement for the particular cheque No 01983 BANK OF INDIA ABHOYPUR BRANCH.

                                If this particular cheque No 01983 BANK OF INDIA ABHOYPUR BRANCH is UNBANKABLE INVALID then how it is again cleared on 30th april 2009.





                                Now my question is that why my cheque No 01983 is again placed in the bank for clearing inspite of giving fresh cheque No 01984 on 27th april as it was cleared on 28th april.

                                Is it legal ?
                                Is there any right to harash card holders like this manner ?

                                Also a message was given that from TA-SBI CARD THAT THERE IS A CREDIT BALANCE OF RS -6080.45 AND THE SAME WOULD BE ADJUSTED AGAINST SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES.
                                Why I purchased ?
                                If I not purchased then what will hapend about my money ?
                                Do not try to fraud with the card holders other wise court will determine your path.
                                There fore I ask to return my extra money which was cleared by you by any means as early as possible.
                                And resolve the problem immediately.

                                Sir, There is no arrangement for collection of dues from the subscribers. I got repeated calls from call centre to keep the cash/cheque ready and the same will be collected by their authorized agents.
                                But rarely do their agents called on me to collect the dues.
                                Oftenly the agent calls on me for collection of minumum payments dues after the bill for next month is generated wherby overdue charges of more than 500 per month had been debitted, without fault of mine.
                                I had already paid more than 25, 000 during the past 14 months for using card worth 28000. Say 90% interest in form of overdue charges/other charges, which never are justifiable.
                                I feel it's a total fraud and the SBI Card management intentionally pave way for the delay in collection of the dues just to charge and punish the SBI card holder.
                                I request proper investigating authorities to scrutinise the accounts of the SBI Card Scheme and get the culprits booked for any of the scams they might have created.
                                I am astonished to view such large number of grievances by the SBI Card Holder and I take liberty to call on every such person to join hand and get the matter be referred to the MRTPC or any other legal authority.

                                  I Patil Balkrishna Narayan holding an Salary Account in SBI –Dahanu Road Branch (354) My S/B A/C No-[protected] swiped my ATM cum debit card in ATM outlet of Bank of Maharashtra Ruparel College Branch Mahim/Dadar Mumbai on 2nd April 2009 for drawing rs.1000 ( One Thousand only) but machine displayed the massage unable to process.also I received the printed massage slipe.I tried repeatedly 5 times consecutively and got same massage. “Unable to process” lateron 7th April I swipoed my ATM card at SBI ATM booth at near PLAZA CINEMA Dadar for rs 1000/- twice and withdrawn rs 2000/- and drawn ministatement it was showing that Rs 3000/- has already deducted from my a/c on 2nd april ( that ia rs.1000/- three times) I complained to Branch manager BOM Ruparel Branch he advised me to contact to My A/c holder SBI Branch accordingly Ihad given written complaint to bank manager SBI Dahanu ROad Brabch with all details and copies of five massages received ‘UNABLE TO PROCESS” on 2nd April09 but till date the amount is not reverted to my account.

                                    Central & State(Maharashtra) Government Pension holder

                                    She have not received a pension from 27/12/2006(from Last 26 months).
                                    She entitled for Rs.6000.00 (Central Gov.)+ 500 ( State Gov.) per month
                                    as per last receipt of pension by Nov'2006.

                                    We had submitted thrice live certificate to you as per your guideline.
                                    First On 30/01/2007 then 26/06/2008 & again on 10/11/2008.
                                    Also one certificate submitted to Treasury office at Wardha in November 08.
                                    Even after we neither received earlier pension amount nor start to get the pension.

                                    Again did an effort on 12/02/2009 by submitting all the documents.

                                    Request you to kindly look into matter urgently as she is very old now & required a money for her hospitalization & treatments.
                                    Please guide & intervene in this matter.

                                      I HAD WITHDRAW RS.500 FROM HDFC BANK ATM BY A SBI ATM. CARD NO.[protected]
                                      WHICH IS ISSUED ON THE NAME OF MY FATHER HIRENDRA KUMAR JHA.WHEN I INSERT ATM CARD FIRST TIME AND APPLIED FOR MONEY WITHDRAW OF RS.500 A SLIP COME AND IT WAS WRITEEN THAT TRANSACTION IS INVALID...BUT SECOND TIME I GOT RS.500.INITIALY IT WAS RS.2000 BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT NUMBERED [protected]..BUT AFTER SECOND TRANSACTION WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE IT WAS RS.1000 INSPITE OF RS.1500...

                                      On 08/09/2009 I went SBT ATM located at S R College in Trichy, tamil nadu using my UCO Bank debit card for the withdrawl of Rs.1000/- Neither I have not received the money nor the transaction slip from the ATM. Then I went SBI ATM located at west bouleward road and take Rs.1000/- using the same card. But the transaction slip tells that Rs.2000/- will be deducted from my uco bank savings account. I have given a detailed letter to the branch manager of State bank of Travancore chinnakadai street branch as well as Uco bank branch manager. So far the amount not credited to my uco bank savings account.
                                      Kindly take necessary action in this regard

                                        This refers to my Sbi Tata card no: [protected] which got declined on the 30th of April, 2009 amounting to Rs.8400 although i have made a payment of Rs. 25000.00 thru sbi cheque no.893435.

                                        As it's a sbi cheque which got cleared on the 28th April, as per my sbi bank statements, on what grounds has the bank declined my transaction on the 30th April when there should have been an available balance of Rs. 29100.00 and the transactions falls much within the credit limit of Rs.30000.00/-.

                                        This has been a higly embarrassing situation caused due to error on part of SBI, I would like to know how SBI would compensate for the same. This incident has caused severe damage to my reputation and esteem.

                                        If any action is not taken within 48 hours, I shall move to the consumer court and also put it up in the media.

                                        Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

                                        The above mail is forwarded to AVP Customer Service : Mr. Ajay Bharti whose email id was given to me by the SBI Customer care and he is supposed to address the issue and the call center executive confirms it by saying that I will get a call back on Monday, 4th May, 2009.
