Dear sir,
i have given several time complaint to your represetative at the time of amount collection, Even then we are unable to get our statement each month.
We have applied for add on one credit for my wife who is presently Prof. in M.N.N.I.T. But action has been taken so far.

Sir, My father Shri G.C. Das has been drawing less pension since Nov. 2007. His PPO number is[protected] dtd 11/97 and drawing from SBI, DGAR Branch, Shillong . The error has been created at CPPC, SBI, Bhangagarh, Guwahati which has been approached. My father is a paralytic patient and totally bedridden. His treatment incurs a lot of expenditure. So SBI dispatched my renewed credit card through Elbee courier in the month of may 2008 . Elbee courier person delivered the my Credit card to another person without verifying the identity of the customer .On 28 th may 2008 i came to know that credit card is handover to unauthorised person and he swapped...

THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NEVER RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED ADDRESS IN TIME, RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.

I have deposited at par cheque no.529441 issued by HDFC bank Ltd, Mumbai for Rs.50, 000/- on dated 26/04/2008 at SBI, Jayant(M.P.), but have not received payment till date.

I am holding SBI credit card [protected]
Iam a sincere payer of all my dues within stipulated time.
My last statement for the month of JULY-08 due date was 22/07/08. I dropped the cheque for the amount Rs 11854/= on 12/07/08 and cheque dated 19/07/08, bearing cheque no 213326 from HDFC.
SBI people presented the cheque on 14/07/08 which is 6 days in advance, hence HDFC returned the cheque even sufficient amount...

I am an SBI creit card holder since the past three years with regular payment history. I have not received my statement since the past 1 1/2 year. The payment was made after information of bill by an agent over the phone.
