    My name is Nikhil and I had ordered Gadget wagon tv wall mount of RS. 1143 Amount in Amazon on 31/10/2020
    and after 12/11/2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17/11/2020
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money, as of my account is closed on 4/11/2020 and my account number is [protected]. Amazon sent this reference number
    #501263 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of India doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected] is the card in which i paid my payment on 31/10/2020 and is not working because it is closed so I request you to send my money to my another sbi account and I am sharing its card number here [protected]

      Today 21/11/2020 around 4- 4:20 AM,
      I used sbi CDM for cash deposit of 28500, denomination of 500 Rs. CDM machine accepted 27500 and gave back 1000, i changed the two notes by clicking on add more cash. Instead of adding the money, the machine said transaction failed.
      The money is not credited in my account. I immediately called cutomer care number and the guy said he can't see any logs and asked me to contact the branch, its urgent for me medical urgency. Please help.

        My name is Shahid and I had ordered a Mobile phone of Rs 10999 which is Redmi note 9 on Amazon on 10 November 2020 and after that, I returned it on 11 November. I returned it for some personal reason. And on 11 November, Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number-851496. And told me to visit branch or call SBI customer service. Amazon asked me to tell my reference number to SBI, then SBI will resolve your problem but SBI says that they do not have these type of policies and Amazon cheats with their customer. SBI also neglected to fill charge dispute form and Said-"Charge dispute is nothing and Amazon is cheating with you".So please kindly respond to this complaint as it is very very big concern for me.

            An amount of Rs 5797 was initiated by amazon on 12.11.2020
            However may be due to some technical glitches, amount still not reflected in bank account.
            Contacted bank customer care several times, but they didnot help.
            Kindly see to this problem and do the requured steps in case transaction has faced some problem

                Sir, I paid my whole amount due of month of October 2020 before due date. But SBI Card fined me with approx 2340 rupees fine as a finance charge(late fees). When I complaint against it then the company said that we didn't received full money, I told them kindly check the statement it is reflected in it even in SBI card application too but they are not entertaining. Kindly help me out.

                    My name is Debasis samal and i have ordered lapgrade laptop battery of Rs 1409 in amazon on 17-oct-2020 and after 30-oct-2020 i returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 17-nov-2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.                       Sir,
                      i have ordered a corsair harpoon pro mouse on 31/10/2020.order id is
                      [protected] . but i have return it .
                      Amazon initiated the refund on 11/11/2020 and it was expected to come on 16/11/20.
                      Amazon gave me the reference id # 154650 . but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

                      this is urgent please help me as soon as possible..

                        I ordered the following on Feb 11, 2020 (amazon.in)

                        Prismacolor Colored Pencils Box of 150 Assorted Colors, Triangular Scholar Pencil Eraser and Premier Sharpener (1800059+VE99016+1774265)

                        Amount paid through UPI transaction INR 6, 449.00

                        Due to unknown reasons amazon.in was unable to deliver this product and issued a refund on Aug 7, 2020, for an amount if INR 6, 448.00
                        Refund reference number: [protected]

                        To date Nov 20, 2020, this refund amount is not credited to my SBI bank account.

                        Made several calls to amazon.in (they say refund issued) check with the bank.

                        Spoke several times to SBI Tidel Park (they say they have not received the refund amount)

                        Tired and sick of it. Any help to receive my money is highly appreciated.

                          My home loan emi started from october and emi was deducted through Ach for Rs 12600 from my hdfc salary account and also through cheque deposit from my sbi savings account for Rs 12500. This month also emi is deducted from my hdfc account. Again cheque was also deposited, so my sbi savings bank account is having lien amount of Rs12500. My lic policy premium deduction stopped due to this and I have to pay lic by visiting branch along with fine of Rs 125
                          Please do not deduct emi from my sbi savings account as Ach is enabled in hdfc salary account. Also please refund the amount paid for last month and also remove lien from my sbi savings account for this month.

I paid last statement RS.3604 on 27/08/2019.From this date I have not received any statement till August 2020.But from Sept. 2020 statements issued me to pay due amount.I am in confusion that how I bounded to pay amount without receiving any service.sir kindly see my case and order to SBI card to correct his demand and close my account.

                                    I placed an order (17 packets of natural dyes) with amazon worth Rs.2810 ON 17/10/2020 And payment done by visa debit card.
                                    due to some personal reason I return 16 packets worth Rs.2555.
                                    I got the half refund that is Rs.1253/- (9 packets), But I didn't get the refund Rs.1300/- (7packets) till now.
                                    I contact with amazon they said that they already paid the full amount on 26/10/2020.(REFERENCE NO-362895).
                                    I contact with SBI bank also they said that they didn't get any money.They are not giving proper service. They didn't speak properly to me.

                                      Date of Incident : 05/06/2018. 05/07/18, 05/08/18, 05/08/18, 05/09/19, 05/10/18,
                                      client loan no: enclosed in the loan account statement

                                      i took loan for vitarra breeza for 8L in 2018 from SBI bank Golf course road, Gurgaon, India.
                                      complain 1:
                                      At the time of loan disbursement bank manager did not inform me about the RC late payment fee and taken 10 blank check for the EMI deduction. i filed application for auto deduction from my HDFC salary account but that never executed by bank manager. once the all blank check used by the manager. he called me to submit more blank checks in, and i went to bank submit those check and clear the due accumulated. and after reaching bank i asked for the statement of the loan account and to my surprised they have been putting penalty charge of 2950INR for each month, and for 05/06/[protected]INR). 05/07/18 (2950), 05/08/18(2950), 05/09/19 (2950), 05/10/18 (2950), total 17700INR. have been charged. when i asked the bank manager about this why i have not been informed he laughed and said this is systme generated he cant do anything. Why a person dont want to not submit RC and get penalized by late payment. this is complain 1.

                                      Complain 2: since i have given 10 blank checks at start of the loan in Jan 2018, they have charged me Arrear interest every months, since i have given blank signed checks to bank, still i was charged with the late payment arrear interest. i have also filled auto deduction application from my HDFC salary account they promise each time but never initiate the auto deduction from my salary account and when i sent email to bank. the manager simply say sorry and ask to fill the application again. i am enclosing email from the bank also my account statement.
                                      this is very absurd behavior of bank manager and SBI, to exploit the customer.
                                      Resolution: It is bank mistake for not informing me about the RC late submission penalty and continue to charge me for interest arrear inspite the fact they had blank signed checks for EMI. the manager keeps on giving sorry but does nothing. i am enclosing the his acknowledgment of the mistake.
                                      i request to take this complain and resolve it at the earliest by reversing the RC late payment charges and Arrear interest CAPI.

                                        On 5.11.20, I was making payment of my SBI credit card through SBI debit card in Paytm. Suddenly, I got a message that Rs. 50000/- has been deducted from your saving account through your debit card. As the company is One97 Communication Ltd. Noida as per my bank info. So far I know the above said company is running Paytm and they are doing this kind of frauds with many people.
