    My name is Chetan Kailas Dhore. I had ordered a mobile samsung galaxy m31 of RS 16499 from amazon and the amount of price was paid by my uncle's debit card. My uncle's name is Rameshwar Baban Dhore. But Due to some reason the delivery was cancelled, and I can't get my mobile. Then Amazon was said that they generated refund on my uncle's account On 22/8/2020 to his accountand they gave me a reference number[protected]. But The due date of refund is 28/8/2020. And money still not refunded. I contacted to Amazon and they said that bank is not going to credit my amount. Please please help me. I am in trouble.
    My uncle's account is in SBI Barshitakli, Akola Maharashtra. Please kindly respond to this complaint. It's very urgent for me.

        1)my previous credit limit was 400000/- and it was decreased to 100000
        2)i have disputed my card which was service not received from seller and was rejected since seller showed charge slip
        3)and not giving me any emi facility for the total outstanding amount which was around 352000/-...
        4)and there is overlimit fee (which was happened only due to sbi decreased my credit limit from 4 lacs to 1 lac) and when i called to customer support credited only 500/- instead of overlimit fees7257.33/-

        all these above points doesn't seem that ur trying to make heavy charges by decreasing my card limit and debit over limit fee since the outstanding amount overlimit 1 lakh .

        i didn';t expect such a terrible service from sbi cards...i also have many banks credit cards, till now it did not happen to me from other banks but sbi is the worst service to the customer when compared to other bank cards just trying to steal money from customers without giving emi facility and decrease credit limit so i can pay extra charges to sbi through over limit fees

            Hi Team,
            i have ordered a headphones from Amazon, and return it after 3 days.
            And Amazon saying that refund has been initiated on 19 Aug 2020 with( RRN No- IGAJCPOAO2) and should be reflect on my account but it is not credited yet.
            i have also gone to SBI branch but they are not resolving my problem even they don't want to listen..
            Request you kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible

              On 05.08.2020 i visited sbi link road malad west (Br. Code 50811) and requested them to issue banker cheque for rs. 27440/= by debiting my account with chincholi bunder phatak, s. V. Road branch (Br. Code 00552)

              There were hardly one or two customers at the branch but they refused to issue a banker cheque saying that the same can be issued by chincholi bunder, s. V road (Br. Code00552) only.
              I requested the branch manager and the swo and told the urgency for the draft they refused to do so.
              Sir i immediately lodged a complaint with agm (Complaints) and than dgm (Complaints) but no action seems to be taken by them.

                Sir 3-4 days ago my balance my 3rs but today i checked my balance was 0. I checked my net banking but i saw there was no deduction in my account then i transferred 5rs just to check then again i checked net banking then there was a credit of 5rs but my total balance was again 0.                   The bank has unnecessary charged si charge on my saving account even though i am having sufficient balance on my saving account. bank have deducted rs 295x4= 1180 in month of nov-2019, dec-2019, jan-2020 and feb- 2020 as si failure charge. due to bank mistake rd tenor was for 12 month but mistake done by bank it show 24 month.

                    Fraud-Money Withdrawal from my account through AEPS

                    Address: Rakesh Marg, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad,201001

                    Transaction of Rs. 39995 has been done fraudulently by medium of AEPS(Adhar Enabled Payment System) from my(Poonam Jain) account no: [protected] at SBI Rakesh Marg, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P 201001.

                    I have not made any such transactions, Neither I got any messages from bank stating these fraudulent withdrawals. If i would have got these messages the first day i could have blocked my account and my loss of Rs. 39995 could...

                    I open a jandhan account in shalimar garden branch of sbi for my scholarship. But due to jandhan account limit, i didn't receive my scholarship. So, i requested bank manager to change my bank account type. He told me that this account can only be changed into a tiny account. So.. He changed it into tiny sbi account. After some year they somehow changed it to a od account (Over draft). Now i am unable to withdraw my money from same account. I contacted their customer service care.. But they didn't tell exact reason of my problem.

                        "dear applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our sbi cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time"

                        But i have not applied for any card.

                        Dear sbi. Please check if there is some fraud happening.

                              A Sum of Rs 12.10 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. no where is Mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or Proper Information why a certain amount is Deducted

                                My father got a call from unknown number saying they are sbi bank employee and his credit card was blocked. He was asked to provide otp so that they will unblock the credit card. My father told him otp 3 times and lost total money of 50000 from his credit card. Sbi employees are involved in this as phone number and credit card details of my father is known to some unknown person. Even after giving cyber complaint sbi is not following up with the cyber police. Please dont ever buy sbi credit card they will sell the credit card details to people who does fraud things. The cyber police have been ignorant and sbi is not following up.

                                  I ordered oneplus nord 8gb 128gb storage phone on amazon around (6-8) of this august. I cancelled the order because i wanted a higher version of the phone which was 12 gb 256gb storage. So i cancelled the order on 15-08-20. As amazon said i was supposed to receive the refund on 17-08-20, but i haven't received any amount or response from the bank.
                                  I called the amazon customer care they gave me the id (815050) and sales me to call the sbi customer care service but they are not helping me out of this problem. So please help me to get rid of this problem.

                                  I ordered oneplus nord in Amazon on 7 -08-20 I cancelled it on 15-08-20. As they informed I was supposed to receive the refund from Amazon on 17 -08-20 to my SBI AC, but I haven't seen any amount reflecting in my ac. I called Amazon customer service and they informed me to check in SBI customer care service but they didn't help me out.So please help me get rid of this problem.

                                    I'm an account holder in SBI koramangala 3rd block bangalore branch. My account number is [protected]. I have applied for cheque book through SBI net banking on 18/08/2020 and till now cheque book dispatched yet and i'm unable track also.
