    Hi sir/madam,

    I didn't get any kind of credit card of sbi so how can i do any type of transactions, but this month i got sms and email to pay bills around 1764 rs., now i am not able to contact any customer number ([protected]) to know how bill of credit card sent to me while i didn't receive any credit card. Please do the right action for that if anybody receive my card please block it. I am not responsible for any kind of fraud transactions.

    I have already mail to [protected]@sbicard.com but after 14 days I didn't get any mail from consumer, I continue tried to communicate with customer care number [protected], but the call is not being connected.

        Hi,
        I made a payment of ₹2000 for my traffic challan towards delhi traffic police using sbiepay gateway. The amount got debited from my account but it shows transaction as failed. Transaction id - dl190620t0966558. Kindly revert the amount back to my account.

            Dear team,
            I have some questions about past 3 months statement and some transactions.
            March statement : 21287 (Including emi) payment done : 21024
            Shortage amount : 263
            You guys are charged finance charge for 263 on 18% in my next bill is 739.63 (What is this?) for previous month bill there is no shortage amount. Full amount paid.)
            April statement: 2553 (Including emi)
            Payment done: 2553
            Shortage amount : 0 (You guys are charged 25 rupees for finance charge.)
            May statement: 945 (Including emi)
            Payment done: purchase reversal from amazon rs.9999 dated 25th amazon that time my account balance is rs. -1450 (Approx.)

            But[protected] you charged late payment fee. 400 and 72 tax.

            Past three statement i never made a late payment. You guys are charged. Kindly clarify it orkindly reverse finance charges amount and late fee.

            I reported my card was blocked but you guys are never responsible for that to re despatch my card. Due to covid issue courier partner will not delivery and they have return to you. I manage sbi card account without credit card from 28th march.

            I have hdfc and icici cards also. I never face like these poor service and scammy charges.

            Kindly reverse what are overcharged from me and guide me to deactivate the sbi card. I never want your card. You guys are cheated and charged hidden charges. There is no clear information during this period.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have made two order on aliexpress at 26 AUG 2019.
                  1st Order no [protected]
                  2nd Order no [protected]
                  but my order did not come.So i contact aliexpress agent and request a refund. Agent said they refund it successfully but cannot credited into my account. I contact again and they said that contact your bank and request ARN. I visted my branch and they cannot provide ARN. They said they cannot help me because it is international transaction. I contact aliexpress agent again and send me ARN no.

                    I try to make a part payment in my loan account number [protected]. On date 15 june i had transferred 25000. Same day bank divert that 14702 to investintermedia without my consent. If bank have any kind of issue they can refund the amount. Before taking this matter for legal case. I want to know their view.

                      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) on 29.06.2020 through paynet which is enclosed herewith and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they gave me the reference numbers ie. [transaction identification number: ssm[protected] ]. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                      As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                      When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                      Please do the needful..

                        There is a security guard in the sbi atm located in eldeco-1 colony, gate no.-3, near bangla bazaar, lucknow, uttar pradesh who have been found misbehaving and harassing all the girls and women who go there to withdraw money. Various complaints have been registered and there are many people who will give you their statement. He is a maniac who plays with people's dignity. Kindly take action against him as soon as possible. Otherwise we will be compelled to take legal action against sbi and that security guard very soon. Kindly look into the matter.

                          In sbi branch (Sbin0001496) i deposited 18000 inr having 500×30, 2000×1, and 200×5 notes on 08 june 2020 at 10.01 am. Cash accepted by cdm and i got slip mentioning amount retracted please contact branch manager for clarification. With the help of atm sevurity guard i submit an application with the slip and an aadhaar copy on same day at 10.30 am. Service manager said it would take maximum 7 days to cash to be credited into account. From 6th day onwards i m visiting branch and the now its more than 10 days my cash is yet to be deposited. Service manager and branch manager said we are having password issue with that cdm so we are unable to open that machine. Once machine will open will contact you and this may take a month or more dont know. Now what should i do? Should i go to consumer court to lodge a complain or should i wait?

                              Dear sir, I like to say you that the CSP of SBI at chainpur, siwan, 841203.His name is brajesh singh. He has taken the money and gave us a slip of CIP to open an account. He took 250 rupees and now he is refusing to open the account saying the customer to open account at another place as we need his prove to open the account. As the details is submitted online no other medium allows us to open account online.SBI yoni app says your document is submitted and is resembled so does not allow open an account.

                                  Mobikwik team says SBI is responsible for my money. SBI team says Mobikwik is responsible, I'm really desperated, i can't even sleep. Fifty thousand rupees is a huge amount for me. It's been four days no action from SBI.

                                    Hello..sir..my name is srikanth...on 15/06/2020 An amount of 500/- has been deducted from my account..I didnt have any transaction issues and transaction peding issues..but the amount has been debited..I have gone through tha account statement..And it is showing some numbers with the title..SWOS..and dated 13/06/2020...I am also cantacted sbi toll free number..they said..The amount is deducted..during the transaction..The amount is not deducted at that time..so..the amount is deducted by now...but..the amount is neither in receviers account nor in my account..so..plz help me..i want my money back..plz help me..what to do...

                                      I am sanju kumar i had appiled sbi simply click credit card and when i get this on same time i had close this sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they told me that they provide me noc report within 10 days on residance home address. The reference numbers not given by him. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
