I have purchased an item of price () on flipkart with 6 months EMI. The order is not delivered in expected time and 1st month EMI is generated already, and i have cancelled the order since the delivery is getting delayed.

the amount is refunded by flipkart to credit card after cancellation. but, the EMI amount not refunded and 2 month EMI bill also generated.

spoke flipkart customer care, they said the problem is from credit card bank side.

could you please refund by EMI bill and cancel the EMI bill generation as soon as possible?

    I have given a PDC cheque before lockdown dated 26.03.2020 and I have instructed the party to deposit the cheque on 24.03.2020. but sbi has rejected the cheque on 25.03.2020 and charges has been levied on the account.
    The party also have to pay charges to their hdfc bank and me too to sbi. Are the charges are valid. Please help.

      Im student I paid my fee through using debit card in sbtet ts site and fee failed nd amount is debited from my bank I called to the costumer care nd complained about the transaction they said it took max 45days when I check my complaint status it showing closed.. How do I recover my amount

        My name is swaraj kanhere and i had ordered mivi lightning cable of 749 rs on 10 may and after 27 may i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 1 june amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon send this reference number-549595 and told me to fill charge dispute form which is very confusing and impossible due to covid-19. Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.             I lost my credit card & blocked it on 28/10/2019 and the had no amount due. But i received a bill of rs.3539 on january'2020. When i contacted sbicard, they told this is charged for their internal policy has to pay. Since then they are have debited total amt of rs.1069 for my sbi savings ac. Still now they are send bill of remaining amount adding the interest.

            So, i request to look into the matter and refund the total debited amount immediately.

              Less amount received in account but when i am checking the passbook it displays more balance and actual balance credited is less

                  गाँव में न्यू लैंड पर मकान बनाने के लिए लोन के लिये अप्लाई किया हुआ था जिसका रिफरेन्स नंबर[protected] है | आपके अधिकारी द्वारा यह कह कर लोन देने से मना कर दिया कि sbi बैंक गाँव में लोन नहीं देता | यह बैंक तो केवल शहर में ही लोन देता है | मै जानता चाहता हूँ कि sbi बैंक गाँव में लोन क्यों नहीं देता? अगर sbi बैंक के कस्टमर गाँव से हो सकते है और उनकी सेलरी अकाउंट आपके बैंक में है तो फिर वे लोन क्या नहीं ले सकते | क्या गाँव में रहने वाला व्यक्ति इस देश का हिस्सा नहीं है | या फिर गाँव देश से बाहर है | एक तरफ तो माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रत्येक भारतीय नागरिक ले विकास की बात करते है, वही दूसरी तरफ आप उसको विकास का भागीदारी बन्ने से रोक रहे हो | यह भेदभाव क्या सही है |

                    My refund of rupees 278 has been processed by the flipkart on 19th june 2020 e but it has not been credited to my account i sbi several times but they didn't give any suggestion and didn't provide any solution for this problem i talk with flipkart customer care also but they told them amount has been successfully processed.

                      One old person by name mr. Chandradeep prasad aged about 93 years, resident of chamarbigha, hilsa is bed ridden in ranchi since last many years. He is immobile, unable to move & is being held captive by his relatives. His pension is being withdrawn by his relatives in collaboration & help of corrupt bank officials in state bankb of india, branch hilsa since last so many years. Despite submiiting the application to not hand over his pension this corrupt official withdraws the pension as such these corrupt people use withdrawal slip with this old mans thumb impression. Even during lockdown his pension was withdrawn & again when this old man is in death bed now he will live only 2 or 3 weeks, his relative has gone to hilsa to withdraw his pension. Please verify the video surveillance & other necessary file & find proof.
                      So much our heart is filled with hatred for these corrupt officials that we feel like taking law into our own hands. This old man before being held captive submitted numbers of complaints to the bank to hand over his pension personally. But banking officials refused to do so. He was staying comfortably at pvt old age home in patna, 10 years before, but since the bank stopped paying him his pension personally he was moved out of good old life to life of a beggar despite earning 25000 as pension from bihar govt. Chandradeep prasad will die in a week or two without any care any checkup without even proper food only because of so much corruption in sbi hilsa branch.
                      If have humanity, pls verify the complaint, & bring the culprits to justice. This old mans concience is crying due to such dirty & corrupt people.

                        A refund of 729 rupees was successfully processed on 05 june, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            I was purchased urban infotech 3.5 mm clip-on mini lavalier microphone at rs.399.00 from amazon on date 03.06.2020, but after my returned the item to amazon they refurned my balance in to my sbi bank account on 09.06.2020 having the referrence number[protected] but still the amount is not credited into my account no [protected]. After asking amazon they confirmed by e mail that my ammount is alredy sent by him and they told to ask the bank customer care, after i contacting with the bank officials they refused to do so, and told me that there is no refurned from the amazon.
                            Kindly help me to get my money.

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  I didn't get any kind of credit card of sbi so how can i do any type of transactions, but this month i got sms and email to pay bills around 1764 rs., now i am not able to contact any customer number ([protected]) to know how bill of credit card sent to me while i didn't receive any credit card. Please do the right action for that if anybody receive my card please block it. I am not responsible for any kind of fraud transactions.
